Really bad tradeswork, left the house mess and everything isn’t working

Had a media wall fitted . Bryan's personal attention was outstanding from start to finish, nothing was any bother for him. Definitely would use his company again.

Very impressed with all the work done in renovating my property with the view to renting it out. Great value for money, so much work done in a short space of time, hard working team. Electrics fitted expertly. Delighted with the renovation throughout.

I needed some work done in my home that wasn’t really a big job but the work was done in a professional and friendly manner and at a price that was really competitive. I wouldn’t hesitate to use this company again in the future

Arrow Home Developments carried out amazing work when we were unexpectedly faced with needing a new kitchen when moving into our new home. The level of urgency was outstanding as we couldn’t move in until we had a functioning kitchen.

The attention to detail & understanding our wants & needs was amazing. With no pressure to add on extras that maybe weren’t needed.

Bryan & his team’s customer service is outstanding.

Since then we have had them back on a few occasions to complete some other work such as fitting spotlights to our hallway, providing a plasterer & a carpet fitter.

Great experience from start to finish & will definitely be using Arrow Home developments again in the future.

Bryan and his apprentice made our bathroom renovation one of ease and simplicity.
Previously we had experienced so many tradesmen horrors that we didn’t really have much trust on who we could ask to redo our 2 bathrooms within a reasonable budget.
However from start to finish Bryan alleviated all of our worries and concerns, he was honest, upfront and no request or question was ever a bother for him!
He and his apprentice did a phenomenal job on our bathrooms and the finish was great, we’ve received so many compliments on our new bathrooms and we feel happy knowing that the job was done to a high standard!
He was also great at explaining each stage in the process, pointing out any issues and the solutions for those issues, explaining why there may be a delay or extra materials needed, it made us feel more clued up and clear on what was happening, why it was an issue and what would happen if it wasn’t addressed which enabled us to make decisions easily.
It’s worth pointing out that we received quotes from well known bathroom companies for double the price for just one bathroom, but Bryan was fair and transparent with his pricing from the start and we quickly agreed to get both bathrooms done based on the quote provided!
He and his apprentice were also really clean and left our place very tidy afterwards!

Would highly recommend Bryan to anyone I know who is looking to have work done in their home.

From building offices and new studios, to redoing our bathroom through to installing lighting, flooring and panelling, Bryan and the team have really done a fantastic job in creating a great space for us.

Nothing is ever too much trouble for Bryan and his customer service is fantastic. He’s always happy to go the extra mile and suggests things to make the outcome even better. Would recommend Arrow to anyone looking to get work done in their property!
