Very professional and friendly

Quickly diagnosed the problem. Price was negotiable and ended up within my means. The HVAC replacement of my AC unit and heat pump was done with expert help and the installers constantly kept me up to date and explained every detail. They not only “left my house like they found it” they installed everything and cleaned up every little detail when they were done. Very satisfying.

Sebastian and a co-worker did a thorough and professional job of adding a whole house dehumidifier in our basement to complement a central air conditioner RSAndrews installed last year. They also installed a blue light in on ac unit to address possible bold issues. My wife and I were very pleased with the work performed and would not hesitate to use them again.

I scheduled an appointment and they were able to fit me in and address the issues quickly. Mr. Gary W. Was very informative and took care of what was needed.

Delay in reparing our ac system caused us to have to endure the recent spell of extreme temperatures and high heat indexes without ac. Repair was delayed because first 2 technicians that were sent to us made incorrect diagnosis of the problem.

I want to give a special shout out to Stephen and Laz. They were awesome, respectful, and just knowledgeable of their job. I appreciate the both of their kindness. We are no longer hot with our new unit. I am loving it.

First things First, the installation team looks very unprofessional. No uniform, not groom look like a background check warranted... Just to be safe, I'm allowing them in my home. Installing a new furnace in a space that needed to be cleaned out First after removal .of the old furnace wasn't done at all... Was that in the training at all. Saturday, the installation took place by Monday. The lines are back up, and the furnace is constantly running, trying to drain itself, I called the main office and was told someone will call and set a appointment Tuesday no time given. Me and my wife both work so I cut the furnace off from the fuse box. We spent that night with no air conditioning and noticed all the little screws all over the kitchen floor. I spent over 14 thousand to miss a day of work with no A/C

I have never had a company so communicative! You’re going to get a text, an email, AND a call that your service person was on the way. All the guys I interacted with were very professional and made sure I was happy. That level of quality certainly comes at a cost though!

The services rendered were prompt and thorough and I appreciate getting new AC installed and running, in less than a week
