These are nothing but the lowest level of common thieves. I along with others in my city ordered the glasses and used PayPal to complete the sale.
When the glasses arrived they came C.O.D. My postman stated that the postal service had many more that day and like myself refused the delivery. Tried contacting the company but of course that hit a wall. Don’t buy anything not made outside the USA!,

Complete scam and false advertising. I was draw in by a TikTok vidoe of a lady unboxing large (like 30cm high) Christmas gnomes for an advent calendar range. A tiny box was delivered weeks later and the entire box was about 30cm high in total and the gnomes are tiny. It cost quite a bit of money and was complete rubbish. Do not buy from this company

ordered the Gnome Advant calendar which showed nice large gnomes about 8"-9" in size and I get a box that the gnomes are about 2" high!!!!!! I called them IMMEDIATELY to return it and also ask where my 2nd box was. They said both were delivered and its to expensive to return them and they would give me $6 credit!!! I paid $125 for "2" boxes and only received 1 box and won't even help. I'm out $125 and they are laughing in our face while taking our hard earned money!!!!

This is a scam! Do not buy from this shop. Ordered a gnome advent calendar, which looked big and nice in the advertisement (probably AI generated), received a cheap product, 4-5 times smaller than advertised. Asked to return it straight away. The customer service is just nonexistent, offered me 7$, then 10, then 12 back, while I paid $62! Still writing emails back and forth to them. Terrible mistake to order from them.

I saw a video of an advertised Gnome Advent Calendar sold at arshipscho. It was about 24" tall by about 24" wide. When I received it, it was about 10.5" by 10.5". It was much smaller than advertised.
I reached out to the company several times and most of the emails did not address my concerns and was finally told I could send it back to China at much expense of my own. Or they could give me $12 for my trouble.
I would be hesitant about doing business with this company.

This review is in relation to the bad service I had from Arshipscho.

On the evening of 22 September New Zealand time I purchased a toilet seat fastener from Arshipscho. I am on a very limited budget and had been looking at this for a while as I had a wobbly toilet seat. The price was stated as $27 all up including postage, and there was no indication of what country the website was located, so logically assumed it was in my country. It was not until the next morning when I checked my bank statement I noted that $47.73 (plus another 0.90 cents for currency conversion) was debited from my credit card. I immediately contacted Arshipscho and asked for my transaction to be cancelled advising the reason. Shortly later I received an email asking me to state the reason again, which I did. We had a few emails backwards and forwards during the day with me basically repeating the same thing, and after a day they responded advising that they could not stop the order as it has been sent out – if they had done so when I first advised to cancel the order they would have, but it just felt like they were using delay tactics.

Customer Services, although polite and kept apologizing were sounding rather arrogant. They kept advising that the US currency was the international currency, and I should have known that. Ten to twenty years ago this was the case, but now there is a few international currencies, and even when I pointed out that the web advises this (and even advises that the Euro is now the number one currency), but they just kept repeating this in every email reply. It is now common practice that when advertising overseas to include the country currency abbreviations so that there is no confusion (also advised on the web), but they disagreed. Any other US website I have previously dealt with has used the currency country code which eliminates any confusion.

Finally the shipment arrived last week. I took off the toilet seat and popped the old screws though, so they are no longer useable. I then went to attach the new ones that had arrived, only to discover that they were too large to fit through the hole, so are not compatible, so not fit for purpose. I emailed advising, and the response I received was that they were in perfect order when shipped, so they were not liable, and in good faith they advised that they could refund $2 in good faith. When I advised them that this was not acceptable, they advised that a $4 refund was their best offer. When I have asked to return the product for a refund as it has not been used, they have discouraged me from doing so advising that it would cost me too much in postage.

I now have to a product which is not fit for purpose and need to buy new ones from New Zealand, which will put me further out of pocket.

This is the first company I have dealt with which I have found so uncooperative and not client focused. In my country they would have given a refund on return of product, if not offered a better refund that was not an insult. I am posting this review in the hope that other people do not go through the same stress that I have!

I would also give this company a zero star! They are horrible!! Ordered full size gnome advent calendar and got one smaller than a box of chocolates! It was supposed to light up and play music but nope! They originally overcharged me and gave me a refund for that but I think that’s their ploy, they want you to trust them. I have disputed charges and reached out to PayPal and my credit card company. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FEOM THIA COMPANY!!!! Complete SCAM!!

Ordered full size gnome advent calendar with lights and music but received small cheap version instead. Despite numerous emails back and forth including proof from us what we ordered was not what we received they insisted it was right and at best offered minimum rebate to keep it. The original credit charge was for an amount higher than ordered and while they acknowledged and said they would refund overcharge we have yet to see it. We have now disputed credit card charge with credit card company.

Another scammed Gnome advent calendar buyer 🤬. Complete fraud. 10x smaller than advertised, and refused refund or return. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!

Horrendous company never buy anything, SCAMMERS. Items aren’t worth $1 let alone the figures they charge. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING

Bought the gigantic full size gnomes and massive calendar. SCAM , completely falsified.crappy little thing even the gnomes were not full body as described . Would never purchase anything from this company again

Also got ripped off on a bait and switch on the gnome advent calendar. Advertised music and lights and 12 inch gnomes. Item that came was 1/4 of the size, no lights, no music.

I would give zero but you can’t! The company uses the real person who makes the gnome calendars and when you receive it it’s nothing like it, also on one page you can return it but then they say it will cost you a lot of money to return, so beware of all these fake companies selling stuff, all bullshit!!

I purchased the Gnone Advent Calendar, it was NOTHING like advertised, no lights or music, the total size of the box was 9”x9”, very flimsy, Gnomes were not 12” like advertised. I contacted them and they wanted to refund me $6, said not acceptable and then they said I could return the item but return shipping would be high and they would refund me $9. This company is s fraud, DO NOT BUY FROM THUS COMPANY!

It’s just the fraud company.
I am in Australia and I ordered bonsai lotus seed in 7th of August 2025 today is27th of September, so far i did not receive any update of my purchase nor the tracking. I keep sending 100s of mails support center as they mentioned but no response from them. i lost my money

This organisation is complete fraud. I’ve purchased an advent calendar from them , as I found out, they stole video/advertising from another business! What they’ve sent me, at the end, is 10 times smaller than what they have advertised and looks like crap! There is no description size wise of the product on their website whatsoever. I’m out of $71 that they refuse to refund. Do not buy!

My wife ordered Christmas advent calendar. WHAT A SCAM!!! Product advertises as much bigger. Your company should be ashamed!! Ripping people off is what you’re doing. Buyer beware
