Terrible experience from multiple point of view. As soon as I signed up for the quarterly subscription, the courses available jn the catalog dropped drastically, and once I removed my subscription, they kept charging me a monthly fee of 6.99€. When I asked for an explanation, the technical department couldn't justify the reason, and as for my refund request, they completely ignored it.

I cancelled my acocunt nearly 6 months ago and then they rebilled me for the entire year.

I cant even log into my account and their support says they can't cancel but I need to do it.

Completely usless and rubbish service. Avoid!

P.S. their courses are low tier and not worth it anyway!

The courses are high quality with good teachers. People with degrees. Easy to follow, but they still manage to go deep. It seems other people have issues with payment, and I don't know anything about that. I've been learning from these courses for years and have been impressed.

Also the app keeps improving. Years ago it was basic, but now it has many more functions and is constantly improving.

I purchased a course two years ago I think.
I almost forgot it but they started to send me some mails in russian. Idk why?!? It's annoying
Maybe the app was hacked or something!

I subscribed to this service with an annual plan and immediately canceled it to avoid being charged the following year. I’m confident I canceled because that’s how I always manage my subscriptions. A year later, I was charged. Just a few hours after the charge (on my Canadian account), I contacted support, explaining that I had canceled the subscription on the same day I signed up and requested a refund. They responded, claiming I hadn’t canceled and refused to return the money, despite the short time that had passed.

When I logged into my account to cancel the current subscription, the system made me go through 10 reasons why I shouldn’t cancel. I asked for proof that I hadn’t canceled the subscription, but they didn’t provide any response. Instead, they laughed when I mentioned I would file a complaint about their app in the Apple Store, saying that since I subscribed through their website and not through the Apple Store, I had no user rights.

Since they refused to refund me, I had to call and speak with a bank representative, close my account, and then go to a branch to open a new one. They wasted a lot of my time and nerves, which I can’t afford to lose. However, I dealt with these scammers on principle. If your time is valuable, stay far away from them.

hands off this site. i bought the 24 hour art history course in german. the speaker is so bad that you want to switch off after the first video. he talks so fast that it's impossible to follow, german is not his native language and full of mistakes. luckily not all speakers are so extremely bad. everything is very general and superficial. any art history book will do more.

I was luckier than most here as I only got scammed for $29.99 US but still I would stay away from online courses period. You can easily be scammed with very little chance or none as here to recover your money.

My mother had agreed with the manager of Artforintrovert to purchase a specific part of the course. She explicitly expressed her intention not to buy the remaining parts. However, upon following the manager's instructions and making the payment, she discovered that she had been enrolled in an installment plan for the entire course. As a result, the bank is now regularly demanding payments for the full course.
After this happened, the managers turned on the “silent mode”, there was no help from their side at all. After numerous attempts to solve the problem through regular channels, I reached out to branch CEO Artyom Volokitin (Артём Волокитин) in telegram. Instead of giving me any reply, he simply banned me.

1* - quantity of information
2* - visuals during lectures
3* - additional materials and references

I am taking away 2 stars for 2 reasons.

Firstly, the interface, I was using the app most of the time and it was kind of annoying that I had to keep it open all the time in order to listen to the lectures.

Secondly, it was only a 1-year subscription. After paying $160 for a course I thought it would at least allow me to keep coming back to the lectures for an unlimited time. Disappointed.

I made a mistake when placing my order. After contacting customer service the same day to cancel the transaction and pay for the correct service, I was greeted with a simple "our products are non-refundable". Thanks for the help !

I purchased: Expert. From cave drawings to Banksy. It’s awful, bare recitation from some random students. No preparation, no organization. I asked immediately for a refund that was denied, because they don’t offer refund but just to exchange with another course. Sad

The courses are very accurate and informative. I study psychology, and their courses help me a lot.
Their presentations are beautifully crafted, lectures are organised very well. I love the entire experience, it's something which i was looking for, and all of that for a really low price.

PS2: State school with old-fashioned learning methods from 100 years ago, should buy license for your materials.
