I bought three tubes of this a few weeks ago and have persevered every day but unfortunately doesn’t work for me at all. Very costly mistake!

I wanted to try this as I have bad pain in my thumb joints and big toes (GP diagnosed following tests, osteo arthritis). I do not want to use medication and had previously been using turmeric oil preparations which helped a little bit. I have used the gel at night for 2 nights and have to say that my pain almost goes completely and is barely there throughout the day too. This stuff is amazing! I was sceptical of something advertised on the Internet but I am converted! One happy customer and a tube will go a long way so value for money.

Tried this its not the miracal they say it is for the price I expected it to work but did nothing for me

As a sufferer of acute Osteoarthritic pain in several joints, and not wishing to follow GP advice of many Pain Relief tablets, I decided on trying this product, though sceptical of online products making all sorts of claims. That was three MONTHS ago and WOW...this works!!

I apply it before going to bed and I can sleep through till morning, plus be able to get out of bed, stand up and dress, all pain free from the previous night!! One Tip, is to apply it not only on the front of the knee cap, but behind and on the sides, as it penetrates through the "fleshy" parts of the joints far more quickly.

For medical reasons, joint replacements aren't suitable, but my GP & Orthopaedic Consultant have quietly commented on how this product works for me; it doesn't eradicate my pain completely but it does reduce it considerably, whereas other products don't work.

Will complete the tube and fingers crossed a miracle will happen but I doubt it.

Saw this advertised on Facebook. Placed an order which was supposed to include a free gift worth £10. Package just arrived and the free gift was nothing like the one illustrated. The gift was a patch which is probably not even worth £1. I wouldn't order from this company again. The gel is very expensive.

I've just brought this Gel for my elbow cause I've been in alot of pain put the gel on with in a few hours I can bend my arm the pain isn't that bad I've told my friend about it she was gonna look into it I'll buy more of this Gel my elbow alot better now glad I brought this Gel

Fantastic aftercare!! Please read in full.

So it's important to say that the gel did give me some much-needed relief and I have no bone or cartilage left in my hip.

I ordered the gel to try and help with my hip arthritis which is very severe. I'm currently waiting for a hip replacement I'm pretty much live in constant pain so anything that can take away from that even slightly is welcome.
The day after I purchased I had a phone call from a customer service agent who was trying to upsell me their CBD patch it was a terrible experience and it really felt like he was cold calling and reading from a script he didn't really ask about what I tried in terms of CBD and told me that the gel wouldn't work as well without the CBD patches which is categorically untrue from my experience.
The whole experience left me feeling disappointed and actually less excited for the product to arrive.
So I left what can only be described as a scathing comment that was fair based but very emphatic on my experience on their Facebook page.

This morning I've had a fantastic call with the owner Nick who apologised profusely in the strongest possible terms, he refunded my order in full and talked with me about my pain offer and even is sending me out a free product to try is he felt bad when I explained my pain level and wanted to help me get a level of relief.

He expressed his disappointment in my experience and said after listening to the call he was absolutely mortified and the person I spoke to is new and training.

He turned a negative situation into a complete positive I always think you can judge a company by how they fix problems and Nick and Tower Health are clearly fantastic.
After this morning's phone conversation along with the relief that I felt yesterday after using the gel I can't recommend them highly enough.
The one caveat is I'd say be realistic in your expectations.
This gel is not going to regrow bone or cartilage but it will provide some relief in my experience and my arthritis is about as bad as it can be. So for me to feel any relief is miraculous.

In terms of topical product, it's definitely by far the best I've used most of them either do nothing or just give you a slightly cold sensation.
I can't fault the delivery either after the phone call with that customer service agent although disappointed with his conduct the delivery was very fast it was dispatch that same day and was with me by about the same time the next day. The shipping is incredibly efficient.

Overall, after my experience first and foremost with the product and then with Nick this morning I'd definitely say give this company a go you've got nothing to lose and it's clearly run by a passionate owner who cares about customer experience.

*Update*
Following my 1 star review, I recieved a call from the director of the company to apologise for my experience on the phone following my purchase. He reassured me that my concerns had been acknowleged and, most importantly, dealt with and improved upon. He took the time to explain where the company was at. He also, very graciously, offered to personally help me find an alternative to Arthrogel if it did not help. I promised an honest review after I'd been using it a while.

The good news is; It did help! I have a very sore ankle from old sporting injuries and it pains me on a daily basis. Obviously Arthrogel is not a cure, but after application there is a definite easing of the pain. So much so that I've brought some on holiday with me. I would purchase Arthrogel again, and that, coupled with the excellent personal customer service I recieved after the initial sales call, means that I am now able to give Arthrogel 5 stars.

Just purchased some Arthrogel, I haven't received it yet, but within 30 mins I'd had a call from a sales person.

He asked me what I wanted to use Arthrogel for, I was not expecting a call as I hadn't given my number during the purchasing process, knowingly!

When I said I didn't want to discuss what I was using Arthrogel for he said 'Do you want your free gift'! and 'Do you understand what complimentary means?'! 'Do you know how to use the free gift' The arrogance! At this point I told him I hadn't expected a phonecall as I'd not given my telephone number (knowingly), and that I found it inappropriate that the company had called following my internet purchase.

If anyone from Arthrogel is reading this please make it clear that a purchase will result in a sales call, and get your sales people some training in respecting boundaries and how not to be condescending!

I'm off to see how to remove my telephone number from that method of payment.

My wife has been in a lot of pain and tears with bad pain in her back hip and ankle .. after using arthogel she had the best night sleep in 6 months and her daily walking she is not in pain .the most important thing no pain killers.. 💯.. we have ordered more 🙌

Wow so impressed by this company not only is the gel amazing but they prioritise good customer feedback. I had a bad experience with sales straight after my purchase. The owner has just phoned me. He obviously had listened to the call as he was already fully aware of it. He apologised for it and they are planning at looking at training . Will definitely be using this company again . I'm halfway through my first tube and just ordered 3 more. It is not magic and cannot make you pain free but for me it makes pain that sometimes has me in tears far more manageable and bearable. I use it on a knee that needs replacement surgery. It has a lovely immediate cooling effect then within a couple of minutes the pain is quite significantly reduced. Better than Ibuprofen gel and painkillers.

It helps with the pain, obviously not as effective as injections but can't have those too often!
