Unfortunately I have had a very negative experience with a lady named Lauren who answers the phone at this clinic ( she does not actually work within the facility but the calls get outsourced to her when the clinic is closed) . I called simply to confirm my appointment time with her and she was EXTREMELY rude. “I don’t know why you think your appointment is at that time. I told you already when it is yesterday”! Then she proceeded to have a mini tantrum because she had to actually do her job. On top of that during a previous visit I asked one of the receptionists where I should put my bag and she said “just fling it on the floor” 😮😮 on top of that due to a mix up at the clinic the receptionist forgot my appointment, moved it and then repeatedly called to change the timing, despite her already having booked me for the next day. Bizarre. Customer service is non existent and I believe that is the cornerstone of a business. Won’t be returning and won’t recommend. Results sub par.

I had been to the Botonics clinic on Harley Street for a non surgical nose job and had been so disappointed with the results.

Having come in to Dr Sarah Shahs clinic she made me feel like an individual case and explained everything to me in detail. She really knew what would aesthetically look better on me.

She did an amazing job and the aftercare has been exceptional.

My experience here was excellent. They took time to explain the procedure and answer all my questions. So happy with the very natural results!! Everyone at the clinic is lovely and professional. Definitely would recommend this clinic :)

This being my first experience of this kind of treatment I was immediately made to feel welcome by dr shah , she spoke to me about all the treatments that I could have to address my needs she was brilliant and I’m glad I’ve found her ! The clinic is lovely and the receptionists very professional , looking forward to having more treatment here :)

Painless, comfortable, quick and easy. Great experience overall. Highly recommend the clinic and Dr Majid Shah. Discussed in detail about the whole procedure, including any concerns and expectations and outcomes. Very thorough and caring throughout the consultation and surgery. Had a very small surgery on one side of the nose and the results so far are visible. Will see how it develops as the weeks pass by.

I highly recommend Dr Sarah Shah as not only is she a skilled practitioner but also a kind person who takes time to listen to the needs of her patient. She helped transform my nose that has been an insecurity of mine for several years by straightening the shape and reducing the hump. She was honest in regards to what could be achieved with dermal fillers and recommended any other procedures which would help make my side profile look more pleasing to the eye. I am happy with the improvement to my features and Dr Sarah Shah and the rest of her staff always make me feel very welcome.

I had a masseter reduction botox treatment with Dr Majid Shah 2 weeks ago. He was very patient and explained everything in detail. The treatment itself was painless and very quick, and even though it's early days I think I can already see some improvement. Another plus is that I have a follow up treatment free of charge in 2 months. Very impressive!

I'm so pleased I found Dr Sarah Shah! She's patient and a perfectionist, never rushing or hard selling. The procedures she's done for me include Botox in numerous places on my face, plus chin, tear trough and nose filler, I also get Vit D and B12 injections there. I look the best I've ever looked and I'm so grateful to her. What I love most about Dr Sarah Shah is that she really cares about you, the result and her work. She's a very rare find and I wouldn't go anywhere else. PS - Lawrence on reception is great too!

I’ve been Dr Sarah’s patient for the last 4 years and always happy with the results. She always makes you feel welcome and first asks what do you think before she gives her professional opinion. I’ve been seeing Dr Sarah Shah for almost five years and in my opinion, she is the best cosmetic doctor in London. Her attention and eye for detail is far more precise than any top plastic surgeon I’ve met. I’ve recently also been seeing Jen Lonsdale, who is very professional and excellent at the treatments she does.

When I first met Dr Shah, I had quite severe facial scarring and I have seen an incredible improvement as a result of their treatments (including dermaroller, dermapen, PRP, fillers and botox). I continue to be impressed by their care and I’m extremely grateful for having found Dr Shah and her team, I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Dr sarah was extreamly helpful to both me and my daughter she took the time to explain the procedure s for myself botox and even went beyond the norm and did a little extra here and there that no one in harley street has ever done before i was also offerd as part of the treatment to pop back for a touch up on any area i thought needed going over , again this has never been offerd before in any other surgery i have recommended dr sarh to all my friends
And my daughter was so impressed with her nose filler to reshape to what now is a near perfect result i cant praise this practice enough i will be returning thank you everyone

I have been having Botox for a few years now and have used a variety of practitioners. Dr Shah is very attentive and ensures that you get the result your are after. I am looking forward to getting some fillers done now and know I'm in safe hands.

Trust me-after lots and lots practitioners I have tried for Botox and feelers in the UK and abroad No one comes even close to Dr Sarah! She is in the league of her own- how she asses the facial features and enhances them only artist can do! To me she is the best! Also people working with her are amazing 😉
