It is a fraud company!!! Don’t buy!
I ordered my product in February. It is April 2 and it is still didn’t arrived. I contacted customer services multiply times. I just received automatic replies. I asked for money back . No luck.
This is just a fraud company! No service, no products. If you don’t want to lose your money don’t order!!!!

Ordered kit and had to chase up after 4 weeks of silence. Was told order being prepped.
Kit finally arrived 3.5 weeks later and I was excited to finally open and get started only to find they had shipped a different kit, and while it was in the general theme of flowers it is rather insipid and old fashioned definitely ( would do well hanging in an aged care facility) not the beautiful and vibrant stained glass Tiffany styled one I ordered.
Reached out to customer service to try to get refund only to find the parent company is Premier Trust Store and my heart sank, and all further correspondence contact has been by them.
I was offered 20% off my next order, AS IF I would use them again. Best response from the AI so far has been 10% refund of purchase price (not shipping) or 20% off voucher and I can give the kit to a friend or relative!. Finally after some lengthy back and forwards i managed to get them to offer to refund the purchase price but not the original shipping PLUS they expect me to pay ship the kit back to them first and only then will refund!!!!!
So in short get to pay shipping twice which is way over the cost of the original kit which I have since sourced from AliExpress which is about 1/2 the price with free shipping AND free returns.
I don’t give in easily, especially when I have Australian Consumer Law on my side but this company has beaten me, absolutely NO STARS should be an option for this totally shonky crowd!

I ordered two paintings in November 2025; a custom paint-by-numbers of my dog and another paint-by-numbers I liked. By January 2026, I had still not received my order and my inquiries all received a generic response. When I finally did receive “my” order, it was only one painting and nothing like the two I actually ordered and paid for. I have been back and forth with customer service about this but so far they have not been able to do one of two things: either get me the paintings I paid for, or refund the order. It’s the end of March 2026 now and this issue still isn’t resolved. This has been a horrible experience and I would not engage with them again.

Do not order from this company! I placed an order Jan 7th, never received. I was informed it was sent back to sender because it was missing my address and phone number. This is insane because I placed 2 orders the same day, providing identical information, received one. They kept the other painting and my money!!

Never received order. Customer service must be AI as I received emails exactly written as the last one. Been trying to get my money back for 7 months now. Do not trust this company.

I ordered a painting on 12/31/25 and to date I have not received it. I have written 3 times and called without any response. How do the credit card companies allow someone like this to use their service? Don't they do background checks?

I ordered 2 pictures 6 weeks ago. I received someone else's order. I let them know and I keep getting the same "thanks for contacting us" response. I received one email that said I would get an update within 48 hours, but I didn't. The package I did receive had a return address sticker for someone named "Abby Adkins" with a return address in Dallas. I wrote her to explain that I received the wrong order. I just got that returned to me from the post office "returned to sender." Apparently, she doesn't exist, at least not at that address. I would still like the pictures I ordered and I'm guessing someone else is waiting for the canvasses I received but don't want. Super frustrating. By the way, there is a telephone number to call but no one ever answers.

I ordered back in November. Still to date, no item. They also provided me a fake tracking number. Do not buy from this company they even refuse to refund even though it's guaranteed

Honestly zero stars, over-priced products, shipping that takes 6 weeks, substituted products in place of what I ordered, promises from them to give a small partial refund that has never happened. This company needs to be shut down now

I wish the stars could be less than 1. I placed my order on October 9th for a paint party on November 2nd. After not hearing anything for two weeks I made several attempts to reach customer service. After getting seemingly automated responses that was not really giving me any answers. I requested a refund several times. Well I received a package in the mail around December 20th. I wasn’t sure what it was, but I finally opened it and discovered it’s the paint kit from Artistry Rack.🤦🏽‍♀️
The party was in November. I have absolutely no use for this at this point.

While it did take a month to get the kits (hence 4 out 5 stars), they are excellent and the paints are also great. I don't have to keep thinning them every 5 minutes like with paints from some other shop I've used. Customer service has been spot on answering shipping inquiries. I don't know why everyone keeps knocking on this shop, it's probably because it takes so long for the order to arrive.

I ordered a PBN on 11/27 and paid $20 + $9 frt. When it arrived on 12/19 we owed and additional $15 for shipping. A USPS agent indicated that based on return address the seller is not honest re: international shipping.

Delayed shipping by a month & despite numerous emails requesting to cancel item - they still shipped the item. Id give them zero stars if possible. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!

I placed my order on December, 09, but my order wasn't shipped till December, 18. So, 9 days for orepearing the order and 10-15 days for delivery (as company manager wrote to my complaint. For this period I asked to cancel my order, but represenratives of the company constantly lied to me that my order already been sent....

Order Never Received. Placec the Order Nov. 8. I had the USPS trace the tracking number given and that number did not belong to my package or my address. Their site says it was delivered. Had many emails back and forth and I get the same thing that it was delivered. I believe this company is scam. DO NOT Order from them

I ordered a custom paint by numbers project. The product arrived within the 20 business day expected. The canvase and paint was in good condition. Came with brushes and latches to hang said canvas. I have not painted this yet so unsure about the amount of paint accuracy and quality of paint or what it looks like complete. Will update review when complete.

Never received order. No customer service from China

It took almost 2 1/2 months to receive my two paints. I received and couldn’t start painting right away. My mistake, now starting and all my paints are dried out or missing paint all together.
Ordered in January, 2025, received in May, 2025.

This product is not as pictured or described. the picture came rolled up, not on a wood framed canvas as pictured. The paint is dry and practically unusable. Please dont waste your money on this!

I have been waiting 1 month for my 20% refund. All I get when I try to contact them about it is:
Please know that we have already followed up with our accounts team to expedite this for you.
