The company have never sent me the items I ordered since 17th May 2026, despite 2 requests to do so. They're obviously operating a scam and I will be doing a charge back on my credit card.

Definitely a scam
Definitely a scam. Ordered on Tuesday, they said 1-2 day delivery. It’s Sunday and it’s not even processed yet, no response to email or instagram dm’s. Requesting a charge back. Avoid avoid avoid.

Horrible horrible customer service!
I ve ordered a necklace which I eventually returned as very poor quality of how the stones were glued on. This happened on May the 14th! I've emailed them after the said time on their website about my refund, they responded 4 days later saying they'll give me an update the following day which was 2 weeks ago! I ve emailed them again 5 days ago and still no response or refund or anything!

Neither a tracking number nor a confirmation that my package is on its way.
I tried to contact them twice but no one answered..

Terrible customer service!!! Non existent!
First time I ordered received products within timeframe. This time it’s been over a week and no update. Emailed them 2 times now and no response. Rude and ignoring me! I will be actioning a chargeback. Don’t waste your money!!!
