Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We completely understand how frustrating it is when a delivery doesn't go as planned.

Upon reviewing your order, we saw that the package was unfortunately returned from the pickup point on July 11th. To make things right and ensure you receive your items, we went ahead and issued a full refund for your original purchase. Additionally, we have already placed a complimentary replacement order for you, completely free of charge.
