Save your money and DO NOT order from this company!!!! Ordered a pair of jeans back in January and now at the end of March and STILL no sign of said jeans! Appalling service!!!

Ordered a jigsaw in November as a Christmas present. It didn't arrive until mid January. A day after my order they sent me an email to say the order had not gone through and to resubmit my details. This generated another order as the first one had gone through so eventually we got 2 identical jigsaws. Paid by PayPal but couldn't get any refund. Jigsaw is of the cheapest and flimsy material so the pieces don't stay together.

If I could give a minus score I would. Do NOT buy from this company. I waited for over 2 months for an order, and eventually told them to cancel it and refund my money. They said they were unable to do this as the items had been sent.
These were for Christmas present, an it was now the middle of January.
I insisted they must refund me, and they refused. The parcel finally arrived and the quality is appalling. I wanted to return them and they said it would cost too much to return them. When I ordered these items, I did not know I was ordering from China. I saw he advert on a word game I play. I won't trust these adverts ever again. I then asked for a refund as I was just going to bin the items. They finally offered me compensation of £3. Eventually this was increased to £12 on a £38 purchase. This was offered to me a month ago, and still nothing.
This company should not be allowed to practise in the UK. It has no morals, and the quality of product is appalling.

Artiasake are a scam organisation.

They took money for a light cube form me in November 2025. When I enquired if it was likely to arrive before Christmas they insisted it was held up in Belfast for no apparent reason. Multiple emails later and no package and no refund, I was just fobbed off with the following informal / badly written emails:

"As we checked, your order has been sent out
but it takes time for the system to update the new tracking information.

"We have urged the shipping company to update. Please wait for a few more days.
Your kind understanding would be highly appreciated"

"Order no.Keyora Aurora Dreamscape Projector Order placed on 2025-11-10 16:53:33.
We checked the tracking information but there were no updates.
To make sure you will receive your package ASAP, We are resending your order."

"Please wait a few more days for the new parcel.
We appreciate your understanding and patience."

We are so sorry to keep you waiting
but please kindly understand that we could not offer a refund as the order has been sent out. We can not stop the shipment."

"We promise you that we will keep contacting with the shipping company to urge them expedite your parcel.
It's almost there.
Sorry for the inconvenience and hope you can get it soon.
Please let us know if you have any further concerns.
Have a nice day!"

NO REFUND. NO PARCEL as of February 2026.

SCAM ALERT.

As many of the other reviews. Ordered early November for a christmas present. Used Evri who said it was delivered, it was not. Now they and PayPal won't refund as its "delivered". They did respond to emails initially but then they basically said tough chase Evri.

This company is a scam. DO NOT USE.

I ordered a gift in early November 2025 and now in February 2026 have still not received. Endless messages saying delays and sorry for your wait but no delivery and now refusing to refund. I wished I had checked these reviews before ordering

Ordered on 28 October and never received. Promised another delivery which has also not been delivered. DO NOT USE A SCAM.

Absolutely dreadful company. Ordered back in early November for a Christmas present and still waiting for the product to arrive.

Dreadful dreadful dreadful company!! Product was absolutely NOT what I thought I was getting: advent crib scene. It was not wood but cheap floppy card and the drawers were all hard to open and with the wrong numbers on. And the figures were just weird! I was expecting it to come with a book too but no sign of that. Sadly, the whole thing will just be thrown out. And we waited weeks and weeks for delivery, with bizarre tracking. No idea where it came from originally. What a complete waste of money.

There's NO company like it ! Lack of information , lack of communication , STEAL your money , send NO items youve fully paid for , full of lies , keep sending the same generated email regardless of questions you ask them ... my order was paid for end of September ..still waiting for delivery !! Who has extra cash to throw away at this time of year !! No one , how this company is still going is beyond me ... this company needs closing !!

Like all the other reviews I can only repeat DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Claims delivery is from USA with bizarre tracking fibs. Yes I agree obviously from China. Lots of language errors. Ordered two makeup bags early November. They claimed early December they were now in the Uk. Where?
They say no refund as in transit. I am furious with myself for not being more vigilant when I first ordered.
Update 24th December
Unbelievably after I emailed 19th Dec demanding an immediate refund they acknowledged my request and today the money is in my bank !! Merry Christmas.

Scam company. Ordered christmas present on 29th November, its now 18th December and I never got it.

Fake company avoid at all costs

Not received order since October do not trust keeps saying on its way after reverted emails I will be checking reviews next time
