Painted Egg Size Mistepresented
Ordered a custom egg for Easter. Photo shows large egg in the hands of a toddler that is open and large enough for small gifts. Looks like maybe 6-8 inches tall. I received a poorly painted two inch egg that doesn’t open. Very poor quality and not as advertized.

I ordered 2 wooden Easter eggs for my granddaughters with their names on them. This was March 21st, it is now April 16th and haven’t received them. I contacted the company and got all sorts of excuses of why they have not been sent, none of it made sense. So disappointing!!

If I could give you a zero I would. Ordered long before Easter ok didn’t receive but still haven’t received. I disputed the charge with my bank to have them try to find out if your company is a fraud. Also if your company is out of china you may need to let patrons know.

I ordered an Easter egg as well! I ordered it weeks before Easter on March 18th and paid for expedited shipping. It is now the middle of April, 10 days after Easter, and I have still not received the product. I too, got an email saying it is on its way, but the tracking system cannot find the product. And in fact the tracking system appears to be yet another of their scams.

My experience is the same as Toni's... Ordered March 28th. Today is April 13th and still no shipping info. This was for my grandkid's Easter :-(

So sad ordered these eggs for grandkids Easter. Placed order March 27th. It's now April 13th and these are still NOT here.
Website needs cut off date to insure on time delivery. So sad this is their business model. Requesting full refund.

First, the Easter egg is just beautiful and our niece was very pleased to receive it as a gift. Second, customer service was excellent! Item being delayed.
They were thoughtful enough to email me and let me know that the item I purchased would take longer than expected. I didn't want to wait that long so I asked for a refund and received it today. Thank you very much and I will try again someday to order something. Thank you again.

I placed an order for Easter delivery, and it is still not here. I emailed them twice to cancel the order and have not recieved a reply or a credit. I then get an email that it is on it's way, however when I use the tracking number it has no information. Scam company or very unprofessional. I think good reviews are written by staff.

I ordered something for Easter a month ago and still have not received it. I have added this company to my do not order list. They should have noted that it would take a month to receive. I will have to save until next year to give as a present. I hope it is worth it.

Takes more than a month to get your order
The advertise all these products for Easter. I ordered in March. There’s absolutely no disclosure that it will take over a month to get the product you want. Nothing arrived for Easter. I’m still waiting. Communication is usually quick but vague I would not order again because I’ve been waiting a month and my order of one item still has not arrived shipped from China and just now got in the US.

I placed an order for a wooden monogram easter egg and paid for expedite production AND delivery.It has been several weeks and I have not recieved my product. With no success I have not recieved a reply. Looking at the other reviews this is a trend. I should have did my research before purchasing.

Misleading
Ordered for Easter, nothing! Contacted the customer service, nothing. Tried again, nothing. If I had known that the company is in China I would have known it would be impossible to get here on time. No customer service and can’t tell you if the product is good because I have nothing!

I placed an order two weeks before…
I placed an order two weeks before Easter. Got a confirmation email and then... crickets. Long story short, this company is in China. It will take a very long time to actually make your order and then a long time to actually receive it as they are in CHINA! I did get a fast reply when I contacted them, but as they say, buyer beware.
