I ordered the Dragon Advent Calendar. I received a delivery notification, but no product. I emailed yhe company and got no response. 10 days after getting the delivery notification, I finally got my package and it was THE WRONG ITEM. I emailed again, but I am not holding my breath waiting for a response. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Very shady, eventually had to call our credit card and file a dispute. Never received product after nearly 30 days. Tracker was inconsistent and only showed movement once we emailed them…. RUN. And do not buy. Buyer beware

I placed 2 ordered 2 weeks apart and they delivered them to the wrong State. I have emailed them 4 times with no answer what so ever. I advise anyone wanting to order from them...don't. I lost 130.00 + dollars which isn't much unless you're on a fix income like me and 75 yes old.

The wrong item came, not my order I have now sent 4 emails with my order receipt and a photo of what was delivered to my address.
I have been requesting that my order be sent as I have paid for it and asking how I can send the delivered item back trying to resolve the issue. I have had any response.
I have noted that the address is not a USA address but an address in Hong Kong not sure and with not being able to find any complaints procedure on the website only an emails address. Yes !!! I should have read the reviews for this company before paying and ordering never again avoid.

Ordered cat Advent calendar on 9/19/26. It was listed as delivered on 10/11/26. Nothing was delivered - we have front and side cameras and no one delivered anything or came anywhere near the house. Working through Shopify to get a refund right now, which is incredibly frustrating.

I would never order from this place again, I ordered the 3d dragon wine glasses, first I received a delivery notification but did not receive the product, they did offer to resend, which they did. They are of the poorest quality i have ever seen, looks like a 5 year old created them. Although their site states satisfaction guaranteed, they will let me return with a refund but will not pay the return shipping fee. I bought these to gift them and would be completely embarrassed to give them to the people I purchased them for. I have no desire to keep them and to return will cost me $80.25 that i do not feel i should have to pay if I'm not satisfied with the purchase. Poor quality and very poor customer service!! Should have read some reviews before purchasing, seems to be an issue with this place

Total SCAM!! Ordered the Crown Royal whisky decanter. Beautiful pics on line. Actual product a piece of CRAP!!
Called for refund. SCAM PART 2... will refund $15 of the 50 i paid. Keep the piece of crap. For full refund I have to pay shipping to some rat hole country. And we all know how THAT will turn out. AVOID THIS SITE AT ALL COST! TOTAL SCAM.

Never received product, when I reached out they told me wait a moment, that was 30 days ago!

Product was never received and company do not respond to emails. Do not buy from them.
