It's a scam!!!! Hey everyone,

I don’t usually post reviews like this, but I feel like I should share my experience with Arvow in case anyone else is considering it.

We signed up and even upgraded from the Solo plan to the Business plan specifically for API access. Before upgrading, I got confirmation from their team that API/Claude Code access would be included. After upgrading… it’s still locked behind a higher-tier plan and I received email that it's only available on agency plan.

That already felt off.

Then there’s the Site Optimizer. We’ve applied changes, but nothing is actually visible on the live site. Their explanation is that changes are “on the frontend,” but even when checking, there’s no clear indication anything is working. We’re also using tools like SEMrush, and there’s zero impact showing there either.

The auto blog feature (which was a big reason we signed up) isn’t working with Webflow at all.

On top of that, I had an onboarding call scheduled. I joined on time, waited… no one showed up. Later, instead of resolving it, I was asked how I even got the meeting link. That was honestly the most frustrating part!! no ownership, no real follow-up.

At this point, I’m genuinely questioning whether this is legit or not. Between features not working, plan mismatches, and poor support experience, it’s been really disappointing.

I’ve asked for clarification and next steps, and if this can’t be resolved, I’ll likely push for a refund.

Dreadful experience, as the company has taken a significant unauthorised amount of money. The letter below is a copy I sent to Arvow. I have still not received a response.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to formally raise a serious concern regarding a transaction made on my credit card today which I did not authorise.

A significant sum has been taken without my consent, and as such, I have strong reason to believe this transaction is fraudulent. I have already begun taking steps with my bank to report and investigate this matter, and I am prepared to pursue further action if necessary.

I want to be clear that I am not in a financial position to absorb such a charge, particularly one that appears to have been made without my knowledge or approval. Given the circumstances, I expect a full and immediate refund without delay.

I would also appreciate a clear explanation of how this transaction occurred, including any details you can provide about its origin.

This matter is urgent, and I would appreciate a prompt response confirming that the issue is being addressed.

- impossible to get in touch with them
- no refund possible.

Oh wow, I see the company is getting back to their greedy ways again based on all the bad reviews. I see Arvow changed its name from Journalist AI. I was charged for an entire year without a notification email, and the founder refused to refund. Stay far away from this greedy company; even though they changed their name, it's still the same shady people running it.

Arvow is an absolute scam. Not only is the software broken and a genuine threat to your SEO, but it’s also outrageously expensive. Arvow employs blatant predatory tactics, making it nearly impossible to cancel while they continue to drain your credit card even after you’ve quit. Their business practices are shameful and a total trap

I am very happy with my blog automation, there has been some errors but generally very good product.

Bad not customizable enough. Support is awful.
