The specifications of the device were not as described on the website!
After purchasing a Walkie Talkie for 245 AED from them one of the devices has buttons is not working! so I contacted there team and they did send me replacement on the next day... after that when we tried to use it and It did not cover a distance of 1KM as they have told me that it will cover 1 to 3KM!! so I reach out to them and explain everything they told me that we can return the item in one condition only ..(first of all you will be charge for 25AED for the delivery and the remaining balance you can purchase anything you want from our website store only! and we can't refund your money! as it's not in our policy.
I told them please go ahead and deduct the 25AED and refund me the remaining balance but the refused and they told me that it's not in our policy!
So I end up losing 245AED.
Side note: The gentleman who delivered the item and the person I contacted via WhatsApp were very polite.

The online purchase took a little…
The online purchase took a little longer than normal but wasn't too bad once I figured it out. Paypal is much smoother though. The biggest problem is that customs duties and DHL handling fee was not factored in to the purchased and had to be paid after the fact. DHL's online payment service is terrible, I tried many time to pay the (extremely high!) customs and handling charge and finally gave up. I had the charge paid on delivery. The customs duty was only about 1 OMR. DHL's handling charge for customs was 7.5 OMR!!! Ridiculous! Please find another shipper! I do not pay those exhorbitant fees when receiving an Amazon package from the USA!
