Ik heb mij ingeschreven voor de Thai Chi. Deze is niet te vinden in de app. Ik heb ze een e-mail gestuurd met de vraag waar het is; hierbij het antwoord wat ik heb ontvangen. Ze verkopen iets dat niet bestaat!!! Ze laten het zo lijken dat het er aan komt maar na een paar maanden, nog steeds niet maar de advertenties blijven je feed bepalen.

Dit verzin je toch niet :( na maanden wachten, krijg je geen refund meer. Yoga vind ik niks, ik wil dus mijn geld terug voor een aankoop die niet bestaat!!

I've been using Asana Rebel for over years and I still love it!

It is impossible to cancel your subscription either through the app or online. Either the URLs to alleged help and support are inactive or use unsafe protocols so your device doesn't allow you to proceed any further. The subscription doesn't even show up on your banking app which makes it even more difficult to manage. I've had to contact the bank directly to try and block any future payments.

Ho attivato l’abbonamento tramite il mio telefono e ho annullato il rinnovo dell’abbonamento che stava per scadere. Apple ha registrato il mio annullamento e l’addebito è stato comunque fatto sulla mia carta di credito direttamente dall’azienda, by-passando Apple!!!

I needed to cancel my subscription for personal reasons and the customer service department went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied. Once I am ready to re-start my health journey I will definitely be back. Thank you for your resolution! :)

I love the workouts.

Jeg købte et abonnement hos jer for flere år siden og fik det opsagt, dog fortsætter med at skrive til mig, og vil nu opkræve et års abonnement på knap 900 kr den 9. Maj 2026. Jeg har nu sendt jer en mail med endnu en opsigelse, og som I når at få inden den 8. Maj 2026 som I har anvist er opsigelsesfristen.
Det er som om I ikke forstår et nej.

Great variety of choices for exercises and routines!

This app has great value and content. I have switched to Asana Rebel exclusively for my workouts and cancelled subscriptions to Mad Muscles and Lasta, saving about $1000 per year! Asana Rebel has been a great find!

Only professional staff. The best exercise app there is.

Each lesson has a different pace and there's one which is right for each yoga pupil. Teachers are competent and instructions are given in peaceful voices.

I have no idea how they managed to do it, but they renewed my script subscription three years in a row… after I’m almost positive I cancelled it during the first year. I ended up with a back injury and then pregnant, so I most definitely did not open the app. In fact, I believe it was deleted from my phone. It’s literally been four years and today I got an email saying that they were renewing my membership again in May. For 90 more dollars. When I looked, I hadn’t received any other email notifications in any of my email history from them. I talked to support and they confirm that yes in fact they had already renewed it three times previously. So I paid over $400 for four years for an app that I hardly opened. And they would renew with a warning from what I can tell because like I said there are no renewal emails. You think I’d get a refund or an offering for a free year? Lol. Absolutely horrible customer service and I would not recommend.

I have no interest in this kind of service and I have 4 payments of $32.42 that have gone through my paypal account, that's twice as much as the most expensive offer I see when visiting the site and even if it were cheaper I don't see in what world I would have signed up for it.

Took out a trial of their health and fitness app. Wasn’t able to get much use out of it due to having a hip replacement and unable to do yoga. Got hit a year later with a £102.99 renewal charge. They insisted a reminder email was sent. This was untrue otherwise I would have cancelled in time to stop the charge. I have checked all email folders and junk etc. Their customer service initially refused a refund “as it is not their policy to refund automatic renewals. I am pleased to say that they relented and refunded my card payment. I am so relieved, my bank said they could not help as by clicking on the offer I had agreed to their terms and conditions It has put me off signing up for future trials but I have never had this happen before. There was no manage account section on their app and there should be.

Great experience so far. I have been following this for 3 years now. Great content and It would be even better if pilates can be accessed directly from TV. Thanks!

Super appli pour apprendre à pratiquer le yoga

Shocking behaviour from a company supposed to be promoting wellbeing & all the good values associated with yoga.
Signed up for subscription of £28 in March 25, didn't use it and then hit with debit of £102.99 with no warning! This is illegal in UK, customer service is unhelpful said they sent notification, they did not ! I will be taking legal action - this is a huge charge not agreed by me for a service I have not used. They cannot keep doing this.

I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience with Asana Rebel. I initially purchased a subscription for approximately $35, and I cancelled the subscription renewal within the app, but one year later the app auto‑renewed at $120 with no reminder, no advance notice of renewal, and no transparent disclosure that the renewal price would be more than 3.5 times higher than my original fee.
When I contacted customer support promptly, I received generic answers, no meaningful explanation, and no refund, despite the lack of notification and the drastic price increase. My time was wasted going in circles, and my concerns were not addressed in good faith.
After researching other reviews, I learned that many customers report similar issues: silent renewals at much higher prices, difficulty canceling, and refusals to provide refunds even when contacted quickly.
I can no longer recommend this app. Potential users should review the terms very carefully, monitor their payment methods, and be aware that the renewal price may be significantly higher than the initial offer, with limited support if something goes wrong.
