Quick and easy ordering and delivery. Product worked as expected.

I have been purchasing from ASAP for a few years now and it is the best! They are reasonable, ship quickly, and no shipping charge! Can't beat that! I only had one minor problem and they corrected and adjusted with a very fair resolution. They are very customer-friendly . Can't say enough good. We home school and print constantly. I'm a very satisfied customer. Thank you ASAP !

Have not had occasion to load new items yet. However delivery was timely. A bit pricey compared to past several years costs for older PIXMA MG.

I had some trouble finding the ink cartridge I needed on the web site inventory, but the Customer Assistance link was very responsive and my order was handled quickly with first rate delivery. Couldn't be happier with this experience.

I have been an ASAP Inkjets customer for several years now, and like their replacement cartridges for my old Epson R340. (And other printers I have had over the years.) Usually fast service and good prices.

The ink works just fine. Been a customer for years.
And best part is the price! Really a good deal plus fast service and free shipping. I'm a happy camper.

I have been ordering from ASAP Inkjets for years and i can hardly believe they've never once -- not ever -- made any mistakes on my orders or on the shipping. The quality is always top notch. So whether it's Black Friday or the "AK! I just ran out of ink and it's almost an emergency" situation, I can always count on these guys.

Will update to 5 stars when it arrives...No big deal considering the cost isn't much. However don't want it take longer than 2 weeks! (It will be two weeks this Friday).

Sent ink that did not work in my printer. Totally wrong number. Telephone number given either busy or out of service. Will not be likely to ever order from you again.

I order from you with confidence. But when you offer a discount, please make it simple to claim it before checking out. I couldn't figure out how. Thanks.

This is a great site to find inkjet replacements without spending a boatload of money. My only problem is there should be some form of tracking or at least a shipping confirmation email.

good delivery, good value

I have been a customer for years so when they sent me the wrong cartridges they failed to solve the problem. I still use asap, but I still feel they could of handled it better.

ASAP gives good service and products and excellent help!
