Re: achilles tendon and shoulder pain

Mohammed at Fulwood, Preston, identified the problems and gave a schedule of exercises.
I followed the advice and the activities on the very useful app, and I am now pain free and have the same.mobility in both joints.

I received physio from Rajesh on my shoulder and ankle after a motorbike accident, he was extremely helpful, polite and very professional. Thank you for all you help and advice.

Victor is truly amazing at what he does, he is incredibly knowledgeable, funny, painful (but in the best way). I highly recommend him and he fixed my shoulder!

Samuel Niroo was great in helping me strengthen my affected area and lower my pain to near enough none. I have been going for around 9 weeks and every week has got better and better.

I had a fantastic experience with Ammarah during my physiotherapy sessions following a car accident that affected the muscles on my left side. I received treatment in Merthyr Leisure Centre. Ioannis made every effort to ensure he understood my injury and priorities. All exercises were explained clearly and made relevant to my work and personal life. He took time to explain anything clearly and was open for questions throughout my treatment. I was referred via Bupa for lower back pain and over several weeks Nirali helped me to recover from the back pain - struggling to stand up from sitting down - through a series of exercises and hands-on treatment.

Only four stars as whilst the location was handily located near lots of transport links, the treatment room itself was noisy at times, and not soundproof so we could hear next door.

Also, trying to change appointment, and another time as I was running late there was no way to contact Nirali - the automated system just had a message that lines were busy.

Pirun was incredible. I’ve been back for numerous issues, back, ankle & knee and he sorted me out really quick. Other physios missed many issues and failed to give adequate advise. Pirun didn’t miss anything, he really went above and beyond to ensure I am looking after everything for the long term! I work come back to only to Pirun. Thank you mate!!

Prachi Jitendra Kumar Jain is an outstanding physiotherapist at Ascenti. She is highly knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely cares about her patients’ recovery. Her approach is thorough and personalised, taking the time to understand the root cause of issues and explain the treatment clearly. I felt supported throughout my sessions, and her guidance made a real difference to my progress.

What a complete waste of time. I waited 4 months for an appointment, by which time the issue had virtually cleared up. Eventually seen by a 'physio' who didnt even touch the affected area let alone manipulate it.

I spent 5 minutes with him, where he told me I needed to do some exercises to stimulate blood flow to the affected area and he would send me some exercises via PDF

Bhumiben Patel has been really great, always very attentive to my needs and condition, very good advice taking every detail into consideration before adapting her approach accordingly.

I visited physio (Bhumi Patel) for my recent back bissues and had a really positive experience overall. From the first appointment, she took time to understand my symptoms, daily habits, and what might be contributing to the problem. The treatment plan felt tailored rather than generic, which made a big difference in my recovery.

What stood out most was the clear communication. She explained what was causing the pain and how each exercise or technique would help, which made it easier to stay consistent between sessions.

I’ve seen a noticeable improvement in both pain levels and mobility.

Treated for tendinitis of the elbow. Injury recieved in the gym during a heavy weights set.

Zain is a genuine gold star asset and attentive medical professional who helped me through every stage of my recovery, communicating clearly and supplying feedback in exercises to improve my injury both in person, via email and using the app, supplying updated exercises at each visit to support and enable my recovery.

His hands on treatments and sports massage of the elbow greatly decreased my recovery time and his friendly and open discourse during my appointments was a delight everytime we met.

Highly recommened to anyone who endures a physical injury
