Recently bought two beautiful lamps! Both were of a very high quality and look stunning in our home. I have made several orders also in the past including cushions, throws, glassware etc. Have always received excellent service with quick responses and fast delivery. Products also smelt gorgeous and were beautifully wrapped making them great to send as gifts straight to the recipient. I particularly like that this company have an amazing eco ethos with packaging being environmental friendly and recyclable! Hopefully more companies will follow by example! Will be sure to purchase again! Thanks

I ordered Christmas decorations (2 separate lots in fact). On both occasions the packages arrived quickly and as the decorations were glass they were securely packaged in bubble wrap so there was no breakages. Great service and gorgeous decorations. Thank you.

not a professional company would not use again or reccomend..when a paid for delivery took so long to arrive that the actual event l wanted them for has passed their response was "we dont work for royal mail" what kind of response is that! these were only light plastic baskets and the delivery they chaged was more expensive than the item. l send several parcels out a week and know the cost. when a company gets very defensive on the attack and sarcastic it shows unprofessionalism and lack of belief in their own product and how it was dealt with. lve just done a quick google search and found a similar product at a lower price and next day delivery.

Lovely blanket but website said 100% cotton but it’s 100% polyester

My Christmas decorations were ordered just past the ‘last delivery before Christmas’ guaranteed date…..but came within days! Brilliantly packaged to ensure no breakages of the two glass baubles, and fabulous unique decorations which made the perfect out of the ordinary gifts. The dinosaur bauble was a huge hit as was the embroidered black cab for my son who moved to London last year. I will definitely buy again.

Product arrived damaged in transit 3 days before Christmas - they were Christmas gifts. Was very unfortunate as they would have been lovely stocking fillers.
Customer services were very swift at replying by email and offered a refund for damaged goods.
