Avoid this agent at all costs, they have no morals and appear happy to facilitate drug dealing at their property. We were put through nearly 5 years of hell by AR who managed a house next door to us in Belvedere. An initial noise complaint was rudely denied by Manager Natalie. Tenants were keeping illegal vehicles on the road and were housing a convicted drug dealer who openly carried out his business outside the house. Drug use and dealing continued day and night with lockdown parties and several visits from the police. Clear CCTV evidence was given to AR and Natalie replied by saying that the powder that one of the tenants was filmed sniffing outside could have been “bath salts”. Met police then became involved and after speaking with Natalie described her as rude and unhelpful and told us to stop all communication with AR as Natalie had told us blatant lies. Tenants continued to move in other drug users and dealers. Local council also became involved along with local MP who urged them to take action several times. In January 23 we were told by the illusive landlord that Natalie had now left the company and Danielle would now manage the property. I met with Danielle and submitted a written complaint and compelling CCTV evidence of the drug dealing (this was also supported by the Met and local MP). Danielle then told me the complaint would be properly reviewed and discussed eviction but said she would consult with the LL, despite the LL confirming in writing that AR were completely in charge of the property. We then received a reply that ignored almost the entire complaint and made no comment iro the drug dealing. The only action that was taken was the removal of the tenants gate by the LL (in the early hours of the morning!) that was causing a disturbance 24/7 due to the constant comings and goings in relation to the drug dealing. I called Danielle who was evasive and told me to stop filming the dealing on my CCTV! She also told me that the tenants “guests” behaviour was not their responsibility! The Met strong disagreed and asked to arrange a meeting with Danielle which was declined by her. After escalating the complaint Danielle was completely unaware of GDPR obligations and refused a data access request and was then told by the Ombudsman to respond and provide info (after months of emails). In Feb 24 the Met then raided the property following further reports from other witnesses and the tenants were arrested, charged and convicted with drug possession and distribution. It then took a further 2 months for AR and the LL to remove the tenants. We suffered years of intimidation, threats and damage to our property and health whilst AR did nothing to help us, instead denying the drug dealers lived there, relying on once a year inspections where they gave the tenants advance notice. Danielle was totally inept at her job and AR clearly failed in their duty as agents. After the raid they continuously directed us to the LL who unsurprisingly directed us back to AR. Director Sunny Kang was copied into all emails but did not once intervene. This company are a disgrace and should no longer be allowed to trade! All information in this review is factual and is supported by written evidence.

The soft words and the good way of conducting relationship with customer by one of your staff Serena Keane was amazing. The company are doing well in all area of their marketing, starting from respond on phone call to rent, deposit management, property maintenance and others. Given out property if the person meet the requirement and document is up to date without looking into the tenant colour. Appreciate you all.

i viewed a property on 13a pagitt street at 2.20pm this afternoon and called to get an application form for the property only to be told let has been agreed, the question is, how many applicants were submitted to the landlord?

It seems you people already have a client you want in the property but yet choose to give the rest of us the belief that we have equal chance of getting the property! your company seem to favor certain race of renters to people with my racial background!

what you people did today is unfair and unjust to say the least and it does not portray ashton reeves in good light! how do you agree on a rent while viewing is still ongoing! where is that even done!

and the lack of empathy from the person answering calls at your office is disgusting to say the least!
