I have lived in my home since October 23 , I love it and it is value for money. I have just had my 6 month snag list completed by Adolpho who is such a lovely man and takes pride in his work so well done ashwood homes, and thank you to customer service.

Gavin as cheerful as ever, bang on eight and rearing to go.
Such a talented trades, excellent job and attention to detail is second to none.
There will always be issues with new builds, but with Ashwood homes and gavin in tow they will always be dealt with speedily and to a very high standard.

Adolfo arrived on time and completed the work to an extremely high standard. He is always polite and helpful and a good honest man who is a credit to Ashwood Homes.

A few teething problems when we first got the keys to our lovely home, but to be expected for a new build and now all resolved! Any other issues and snagging since has been professionally completed with care and attention by ether Gavin or Adolfo!
Now just waiting for the landscaping and remedial work to be fully completed around our phase!

Today was our 6 month snag maintenance, everything went super well and was done to a very high standard. So far a great experience dealing with Ashwood Homes during the purchase of the house and after care.

Where do I begin we’ve had our home just under 2 years and it has been a fantastic experience. The ashwood homes team made the whole process from start to finish a breeze. The home itself is beautiful and we could t ask for anything more. Any questions or queries Iv had along the way have been dealt with in a very professional manner and any snags needed to be completed have been done so in good time with the work completed to a high standard I could not recommend Ashwood homes anymore.

Cannot recommend Ashwood Homes enough. From the sales agent, to the site manager and everyone in between they are amazing. We’ve had minimal issues with our property, and customer care have always been great if we ever need them. Adolfo has been our repair handy man and he is amazing, so thorough, kind and helpful.

It's like brand new again.

Some faults do appear and are expected on a newly built property, the important thing is, to get any problems rectified, quickly and permanent. I can say the service from the Customer Services team and the work carried out by the team doing the actual remedial work on site especially Gavin on the Service Team.

My partner and I moved into our first house in July and it’s fair to say we had some issues when we moved in the main one of these being a leak in the en suite. Since we first voiced the concern Gavin has been round multiple times even unscheduled to check in and make sure we’re okay, has solved the leak and has done an amazing job in clearing it up. I can’t recommend the man enough as he is efficient and very professional and I know if we have any problems in the future we are in safe hands
