I am writing this to warn other users about Ashk’s blatant disregard for data privacy laws (specifically GDPR Article 17, the Right to Erasure).

Despite multiple formal requests sent on March 25, March 30, and April 3, 2026, requesting the permanent deletion of my account and all associated personal data, the company has intentionally ignored the request. Instead, they only processed a subscription cancellation and a refund.

While a refund is appreciated, it does not fulfill their legal obligation to delete my data. They continue to hold my contact information, billing history, and usage logs (User ID: bcacbeb4-d9d9-4d36-907d-4b7bdadd9e12) without my consent.

This company piggybacks on the branding of legitimate AI services but operates with zero transparency or respect for consumer rights. If you value your digital privacy, do not give them your information. I have now filed a formal complaint with the Data Protection Authority due to their refusal to comply with statutory erasure demands.

It offers many ai models. I can easily change the model good answers and no friction, loved it!

The Delete my Account section does not work.

My AI is getting tired!

I am trying to work and my AI gets tired after few prompts?! I have better attention span and productivity. I can't download images which its has produced.
Would not recommend.
PS. I am referring to paid version

This company took micro payments from my bank account for 7 months. I litterally had to close my account to stop this happening. The Communication with Askaichat is shocking and this company is a criminal entity. STAY WELL CLEAR

Paid the yearly subscription which was an offer. Turns out the chat does not respond to basic questions, their servers crush frequently and are not able to assist. Their tools are very basic even though their marketing shows that they provide great standard tools. Avoid

Copilot, grok, chatgpts free service is much much better.

this is a scam. they pay for ads to appear at the top of google results to make you thinik you are signing up for Claude. once they get their money, they don't respond to refunds. STAY AWAY. i'm going to file a charge back with my credit card company.

A total scam. Charged me $200 for a rubbish AI chat bot but advertised as having access to Claude etc... Disgusting false advertising.

I am not sure whether to laugh or cry about losing my dollar. This thing outright told me "this is wearing me out, maybe we can start a new chat and talk about something else."
When I asked it to generate content in German the grammar was atrocious, don't even get me started about the typos. Just...wow. Mildly entertaining though.

This is what I sent them: I am requesting a full refund immediately on the grounds of deceptive marketing and service misrepresentation. I was led to believe through your advertising that I was subscribing to an official, high-capacity AI service. Instead, the product provided is a low-quality "wrapper" that has failed to perform the basic functions advertised and cannot handle standard chat volumes.

BEWARE! SCAM! It's just a wrapper around some dodgy, not very smart AI. Claude and Chat do not require payment upfront, that should have alerted me. You think you're on claude etc but you're not. it's just fake wrapper. I didn't look closely enough. Locked into subscription with no way to get your money back. I cancelled my card when I realised I'd been duped.

This is a scam. Be very careful.

It takes 25 minutes to actually answer a simple request which is instant with the chat gpt and claude platforms.

Be mindful as it pops up as the first option when you google claude, so they are utilising that to trick people into signing up thinking its claude.

This is a scam and imitation of Perplexity app. Please do not waste your money and time. Dubai based company scamming people globally.

Ask AI Chat uses false advertising to get you to sign up. I was misled to believe I was signing up for Grok premium, it is NOT Grok. They effectively stole $99 from me. Horribly FALSE ADVERTISING!

The product just doesn't work, always issuing prompts like "having trouble with my server, try later" (so you lose the thread), or "the conversation has worn me out." The link to "support" goes nowhere. The legal docs say the company based in UAE, a freezone set up, but with US there too. Something fishy.

Une arnaque totale. Impossible d'annuler l'abonnement (dans mon cas annuel). Impossible d'enlever la carte de crédit. Pas de réponse à mes requêtes par le vendeur. Le chat génère une qualité désastreuse de réponses. Un arrêt au bout de quelques échanges comme quoi que la limite est atteinte ! Paddle la plateforme qui héberge ce produit a un service client réactif heureusement et ils m'ont remboursée et annulé l'abonnement car le vendeur n'a jamais daigné répondre. L'étoile est pour Paddle et 0 pour le produit askaichat.

If you want to try a new AI model, make sure to not land on this web site, because it is promoted by google and look very alike with other AI site.

They show to offer multiple model such as GPT-5, Grok 4, Claude ect with a single subscription.

Thoses are all lie, none of the model they offer are clsoe to original one. They don't even have deepthinking.
Funniest is that you can ask the model what he is, and he alway say "No, I’m Ask AI by Codeway, not ChatGPT-5 [ect]".

This web site is just a big lie.
