Was very informative and enlightening. However the pace was a little fast. Also if you could make it more interactive and engaging that will be helpful. If you could also do it at a time when people are not having their meal timings that will be appreciated.

The reason for choosing 7 pm is that many working dietitians have enrolled for this series and they find it convenient to attend the session at 7 pm while travelling back home or cooking. Will try and include more examples and make it more interactive
