Seems fine so far. A little slow on getting to customer service but satisfactory. Also slow on contacting creditors for negotiations. But it is a process so I can accept that. Overall four stars.

Stay away from Aspire! We started with Aspire 4/26 and by 8/26…
We started with Aspire 4/26 and by 8/26 nothing had been done. They also misled us by telling us they could get a compromise from a lender that DOES NOT compromise AT ALL. The “girl” we talked in customer service was the rudest person I’ve ever spoken to. Stay very far away from Aspire, they are fraudulent

No one returns calls and creditors haven’t been contacted yet but I have made several payments

Please keep in mind that creditors and collection agencies may continue their collection efforts, including phone calls, while accounts are being worked toward potential settlement opportunities. If you receive a creditor call, you may let them know that you are working with our company and then end the call if you do not wish to continue the conversation.

Don’t listen to the positive reviews! I joined in Feb of 2026 and terminated it at the end of July 26. During that time I paid 2500 total into escrow account of which only 856 actually went to my debt. If enrolling multiple debts be advised they only work with 1 at a time in which case it’s up to your creditors to sue you or not…they want you to notify them if you receive any legal action against you like court summons and the do not show up to defend you in court or give any useful advice…the instructions I got was ask for a continuance which I got for 30 days later. They will not return your calls and when you finally get through you will be transferred a lot and each time you have to verify your credentials!They are waiting your creditors out and some creditors will not participate with settlements from an external source like aspire.. do yourself a favor and work directly with your creditors and don’t pay this call center “law firm” as i did. Apply it to your debt instead.
