AssetGo gives instant access to all vehicle and asset data, providing a secure end-to-end audit trail of all repairs, inspections and reported defects. Users are instantly notified of reported issues, which can be tracked through to rectification using a powerful management system. Standard inspection checklists are available in the system for all vehicle types in line with DVSA & FORS recommendations. Checklists can be customised to suit the unique requirements of any business and its assets. The system allows the management of upcoming inspections, services and MOTs, along with the scheduling of unplanned, preventative and ad-hoc inspections as required. Other features include accident and incident reporting, licence checking, tachograph analysis, employee record management, document upload and storage, and email alerts.
