Hi there, we are very sorry to hear that you were unhappy with our support and payment system. We always want to provide fast and helpful service, and we apologize if we did not meet your expectations this time. As a hosting company, we use automatic recurring payments to make sure your server stays online and your data is never lost, but we understand it can be frustrating if you were not expecting it
Amazing customer service!
I had an issue were I chose the wrong plan but I got in contact with the owner. He responded quickly and was extremely polite, resolving the issue immediately! They also have tutorials on you tube which is amazing as I have no idea what I am doing and I am new to Assetto Corsa. The user interface is intuitive and easy to use, most things being drag and dropable which makes setting up quick. I would definitely recommend this service to someone who is looking for an Assetto Corsa server!
