When I met Jennette, I had no clue what I was doing. I explained my situation to her and let her know all the details,which wasn't easy for me emotionally. Jennette listened and talked me through the steps ahead. She explained with much detail and never once judged me or what was going on. She is always willing to help. If she doesn't know the answer to a question, she'll find a way to get the answer. Jennette made a scary transition bearable.
