They send box with a label on it mail back. Check was sent when got the box. It took 9 days for the check to get here.

I called because I hadn't received a check issued in December. This person canceled it and reissued it. They did not check my address, which for some reason, had been switched to my old address. It doesn't make sense, but if they had verified my address like the person I spoke to today did, I would already have my check instead of needing to get it reissued a second time. This is just bad business.

Nancy took time to help me with looking up where my box was and everything and then she also had a casual conversation with me because I was rambling on and she did not try to rush off the phone and disconnecting like had before when I called I think you got a real good customer service representative for your guys facility right there with Nancy I hope to talk to her again because she is real helpful and everything like that. I went to put my check from Assist Diabetics in an outdoor Atm at my bank, and as the check was being put in a gust of wind blew it out my hand and onto the ground. I jumped out of the car and the check was nowhere in sight. I drove all over the parking lot and the check was gone. I called Assist Diabetics and spoke to Nancy. She immediately cancelled the check and is sending out a new one. Nancy was very professional,efficient and kind. Shes a keeper. Thank her for me. 😄 Well done.
