Extremely helpful, conscientious and very friendly courier who lifted three large pallets out to the lorry which was half-way up a hill because he couldn't get it any nearer.

Ordered pallets to make garden seating. Went for the second hand, grade C euro pallets, ordered online.

Great communication following my order, gave me a courtesy call to check I had ordered the right thing, and emailed a picture of the exact pallets to make sure I was happy before shipping. Advised of delivery date of a couple of days - turned up when expected and delivery guy really helpful leaving the pallets exactly where I wanted.

Was a bit of a mixture of quality as expected and advised but really happy with how the seats turned out!

Purchased grade A pallets to make garden seating. Paid extra as the picture leads you to believe they will arrive in decent condition, infact it states “as new condition”. They are not, they’re covered in spray paint (luckily we’re painting them) and rough edges everywhere! I understand they're reconditioned but picture and reality are very different! My advice would be pick cheapest ones as they’ll need a lot of sanding anyway. My partner is a painter and decorator so this isn’t a problem, just wish we’d saved a bit of money and gone with cheaper option. Don’t let the pictures fool you!
