We are a small, very hands on property management company. Our USP is that our leaseholders/residents do not become involved in any aspect of their building's management. The business energy suppliers continue to be rather random and inaccurate with their billing once a new contract has been agreed. Getting these errors put right can be quite time consuming for us. We have been dealing with Damien at Assured Energy for about four years now and he has helped us to source the one or two more reliable suppliers in terms of their billing and who remain competitive. Damien is a nice guy who knows the business and will always return your calls very promptly.

It's always a pleasure dealing with Chris at Assured Energy rather than getting an energy quote being a chore! I always do my 'due diligence' and cross check any figures quoted but he is always competitive. The biggest thing I like about dealing with Chris is that although he is persistant, he isn't pushy and always gives me time to consider all the options.
I would recommend Chris and Assured Energy.

Excellent customer service. Damien quoted us for our office electricity as our fixed rate is due to finished. Efficient service from start to finish. Went with his recommendation of another 2 year fixed rate. Would strongly recommend.
