Abbey and Holly were both great and so helpful! I had so many questions to help us decide which IVF/ICSI programme was best for us and Holly answered them all! It can be very confusing and daunting to know which programme is best for you, but Holly explained everything in detail to me.
We nearly went with another provider and so glad we chose to go with Assured Fertility as they was more helpful and offered better programmes.
You always get a quick response to all emails and Holly was very helpful on the phone too. Everything progressed smoothly and quickly, but at your pace making this a stress free process and the plan is now all in place ready for when we are!
Highly recommend Assured Fertility for anyone needing private IVF treatment.

Definitely 5 star review. Myself and my wife have been trying for a little one for a very long time and while enquiring about IVF my wife has managed to get pregnant. Dealt with Abbey whilst going through the process who was amazing every step of the way. Will definitely be using if we need IVF in the future. Thanks again.

Getting on the plan was a smooth and efficient process, with great assistance by Abbey and Holly. The pricing and terms are straightforward with no hidden extra charges or clauses for non-acceptance - you get what is mentioned in the websites. The financing option at 0% rate is great too, and allows flexibility in spreading the costs over some months.

Assured Fertility have been fantastic. We are about to start our next rounds of treatment. The process with Assured felt quick, straightforward & reassuring during this stressful period. We spoke to Abbey, who always responded really quickly & was very kind and warm. We looked at a few different finance plans for our treatment, but we felt that Assured provided the best deal for us and had the best customer service.

Assured was our last hope after trying different clinics. At the end we taught this was a scam we been reading different blogs everyday. We tried three different clinics with IVF when we saw assured with the guarantee option we say ok we got nothing to loose either got what we want or money back. With assured help we are expecting twins.

They are very consistent with patients treatment and I like how they follow up promptly with the treatment plan.

I had a wonderful experience with assured team. I took multi-cycle package ( 2 IVF cycle with multiple embryo transfer) and it worked for me. I was in contact with Abbey the whole time and she is wonderful, very helpful, co-operative and have answered all my queries and emails promptly.

I believe the response is very prompt and courteous. It would be wondaful.

Holly & the team at Assured fertility were so kind and compassionate whenever I spoke to them. I didn’t fully understand the process or payment side of IVF multi cycle however the ladies at Assured Fertility explained it all in detail and were always happy to answer any questions before I made the decision to go with them and afterwards. I would highly recommend Assured Fertility, they were also very efficient at communicating and chasing the clinic and organising our partial refund for treatment that wasn’t required but had been pre paid.

Assured Fertility help take away some of the financial burdens that come with IVF by making you feel you have one payment that can cover you if things don’t work out and you have a chance at a second go.

I highly recommend their service, Holly was personable, really responsive to my emails and helped answers any queries.

Absolutely fantastic service from Abbey. I called late Tuesday to arrange a multi-cycle package after my consultant recommended them due to their good communication. This is already a positive in my eyes as it shows there is a good working relationship there. By Wednesday I had a couple of questions answered and she had spoken to my consultant regarding my plan. By Thursday I had paid for the plan and it had been communicated with my Fertility Clinic ready for me to start the process on my next cycle.

As an added bonus, Abbey was always so cheerful on the phone and couldn't offer help any more than she did.

I was skeptical of these due to a lack of reviews, but after my consultant recommended them over another he works with and speaking on the phone it put my mind at rest. Hopefully I won't need to use them again, but if I do, I have no hesitation.

Abbey has been really kind, really helpful in answering all our questions, and she's moved so quickly for us when I was worrying about getting everything sorted in time - really appreciate the delicate way she has communicate over what's a difficult thing to be going through.
