I cannot recommend Vanessa highly enough. As a mature student returning to academic work after more than 30 years, I found the thought of writing essays again incredibly daunting. She guided me every step of the way with enormous patience, kindness and understanding, while also teaching me the skills and confidence to do it for myself.

Vanessa completely understood the balance my counselling course required between personal reflection and academic writing, and was brilliant at structure, referencing, finding the right content and knowing what to cut without losing what mattered. With her guidance I achieved distinctions I genuinely never thought possible.
