Ordered a dress in September but never received it. I have been requesting a refund for almost three months now and no response. This company is a complete scam.

My daughter ordered a sweatshirt from them, was charged and didn’t receive it until over a month later. Then they proceeded to charge her a “monthly membership fee” of $20 which she read nothing about. They said the would refund her and never did and then charged her again for another $20. Do not buy from this website! On top of that the quality of the sweatshirt was garbage!

AVOID THIS SCAM SITE.

Ordered November of 2024 costed $20. It's now January 2025. Never received order. They also took out another $20 on January 13th. No responses to our attempts to our emails.

I still haven't received my order which I placed on 20 March 2023. I've had no responses to my emails or Instagram messages. Not happy at all.

Easy website to use, fingers crossed the dress is lovely too

I ordered the package on February 23, with international delivery, it has not arrived since then, and they do not respond to any of my inquiries. Scam, my money was stolen

I want to return an item back to them back no one is getting back to me on how I return it anyone know what you have to do? Or does anyone know the address to send back?

My order never arrived, I placed it on March 23rd I have tried contacting Asteria so many times and have had zero back from them!

I ordered a month ago and still haven't even been sent the tracking or anything tk say my order has even left the warehouse, and I only live in Ireland and should be coming from UK this is ridiculous, tried to get in contact many times and even on social media and still nothing, if they don't reply in another week I will get a refund

Clothing is nothing like the website and customer service is awful. They do not get back to you to return your item after multiple attempts. Do not waste your money.

If I could rate a 0 I would, I ordered a coat over a month ago now, iv emailed about 20 time asking for an update or a full refund and had an automated email every time, I would massively suggest you stay away from this company, I only wish I read the reviews before ordering!

Their website does state delays, but as my order took longer than advertised I tried contacting through email and Instagram, I got no response just generic replies. I had to out them on their Instagram comments to get a response in the end. (They keep deleting ALL their bad comments on social media!). They replied to my message saying I was trying to ruin their small business and they couldn’t even find my order- the response was SO unprofessional!! . My order DID arrive then- (unlike all the reviews below) but it was ALL poor quality and shipped straight from China so they are obviously ordering cheap goods and selling a double+ prices without even putting their own branding on. I tried to return, but their website doesn’t provide a return address so you HAVE to contact them- and even then they only allow 12 days to return which is ridiculous if they don’t get back to people! I had to send MORE emails, Instagram messages and keep outing them on their comments before they replied again. You can find their address on companies house if needed which is what i said I would use if they didn’t reply. They finally refunded me which I think was just so I’d go away? I would unfortunately not use this company again and would definitely not recommend.

Didn’t receive my item, been ignored by the company. Do NOT buy from here it’s all just a scam, thankfully I went through Klarna.

Do not buy from this company . Poor quality clothes , customer service does not exist . You won't get any refund . Nobody answer the emails , you chat to yourself !
My next step will be to report them to the UK trading standards .

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! Horrible service and horrible company.Ordered a gilet in December and officially two months on I wanting to hear back from them and get a refund. All I get are automated emails seems like its going to be impossible to get this refund.

Placed an order 6 January, not yet received. Did say up to 20 days. Tried to track order…order number not recognised. Tried to chat contact…message back ‘I’m away at at the moment…be sure to email us….’ No response. Not sure they are genuine. Very disappointed.

Absolutely crap, gave me a bad quality jacket, it was discounted by a £1 and faulty may I add. They told me I cannot return this item as it’s on sale! It has took me over a month and half to get a response that isn’t automated, I sent the item back after threatening them and contacting Klarna. Had no response, had to post all over their instagram saying it’s a scam for them to give me my money back. Do not buy from.

A total scam company! I ordered back in November, sent multiple emails with no reply & DMs on Instagram which have all been read and ignored, all comments from people complaining underneath their Instagram posts get deleted, luckily I paid through Klarna and have reported the company to them!

I regret not reading up about this company now….too late now though!
Not allowed to return items on sale….everything is on sale. The gilet I bought was ‘reduced’ by a £1. £50 to £49!
They replied to one email explaining the above with regards to sale items, I explained I simple want an exchange for a smaller size. No reply! I’ve sent multiple emails, no reply!! 🤬

Just horrible! You sent the wrong dress. And it’s a xxs not a large and you don’t answer the phone or emails!
