Ordered in July they took my money that day and no word from them since. I have sent countless emails and no response. I am filing a claim with my credit card company. They are scammers and have ripped off thousands of people. They are deleting the IG comments and even reported my IG account so I could not leave more comments (on anyone’s IG accounts, even friends). They did this to me twice. Very annoying they can get the IG admins to do that, yet those same IG admins do not take down their scammer account.

[English below] Hice un pedido el pasado mes de agosto, por suerte algo me olí, por lo que pagué con una tarjeta de crédito virtual. El pedido nunca llegó, ni nunca confirmaron su envío, eso sí, cobrado desde el primer día. Denunciados a la Policía y VISA me devolverá el dinero. NO COMPRES! Visita su perfil de Instagram (@asteriashopcom), lee los comentarios de las publicaciones, hay MILES de opiniones sobre lo mismo.

Actualizo 4 horas más tarde: ASTERIASHOP: ¿Ahora respondéis al comentario y os interesáis por el pedido? ¿Por qué no respondéis al mismo pedido o al ticket que os abrí hace semanas? No te pienso dar ningún dato por aquí, voy a dejar que la Policía y VISA hagan su trabajo.

Nueva actualización!: Parece que los señores de Asteriashop tras leer esta opinión se han dedicado a borrar todos los comentarios negativos que tenían en su Instagram. Ya no tienen ninguno, y tenían cientos. No compres, quedas avisado!!

I placed an order last August, luckily I smelled something, so I paid with a virtual credit card. The order never arrived, nor did they ever confirm its shipment, but yes, payment charged from my VISA from the first day. Reported to the Police and VISA will refund the money. DO NOT BUY! Visit their Instagram profile (@asteriashopcom), read the comments of the publications, there are THOUSANDS of opinions about the same.

Update 4 hours later: ASTERIASHOP: Now you respond to the comment and are you interested in my order? Why don't you respond to the same order or to the ticket that I opened for you weeks ago? I'm not going to give you any information around here, I'm going to let the Police and VISA do their job.

New update !: It seems that the gentlemen of Asteriashop after reading this opinion have dedicated themselves to deleting all the negative comments they had on their Instagram. They no longer have any, and they had hundreds. Do not buy, you are warned!

Update on 9/25 - Asteriashop.com issued a refund and it has been received by my bank. Thank you Asteriashops.com. I thought I was going to be scammed out of $245.00.

I bought in March in asteriashop.com, until now i don't received my order #1711

I ordered a bicycle pizza cutter in July and still have not received it. No replies to my emails and no tracking number but my card was charged. This is a scam. Do not order from here

No response for any queries... I made order it was not yet dispatched and I didn't receive reply for any of the queries...

I ordered masks in April, I was charged but got no tracking number, no confirmation for my order and have not received a single response to my requests. I have asked for a refund with no success: I have made a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission, this Company is a scam. Do not order from them, this is criminal.

My order # 1281. The product is no longer available and I have not been refunded. The order has been deleted and I cannot even access it anyone.You have no issues in the logistics, this is a scam: look at the number of people in your social media account describing same issues.

If you have issues with your delivery partner and you cannot deliver. Then refund my money, You can do it through PayPal immediately. You have charged my card and never delivered so that is criminal. I will continue to make complaints through the federal trade commission and inform people about your company in every social media I can until you refund my Money. Stop making these ridiculous excuses.

Ordered knee supports over 2 months ago and have heard nothing back, this outfit is a scam do not your money. No response to any of my emails. Even paid the extra 3 dollars for priorty tracking . Do not buy from them

Hi I ordered a nail fungus Brush from asteriashop over 2 Months ago and have recieved nothing and no response to all of my emails avoid at all costs I ordered on the 8th June I can’t find the order no
