Low quality short shelf life peptides this so called lab don’t give a dam , look at astra labs dates on their so called peptides and the check other labs dates on their vials there is a large difference other labs peptide have a 3 year shelf life and this so called astra labs are about a year shelf life i asked astra labs why their vials of peptide have such a short life compared to other labs , i was told there were in date and dont see the problem , there is a problem as astra labs are buying low quality peptides at a much cheaper cost but charge customers the premium prices same as the better shelf life , peptides , peptides degrade over time so the potency in short shelf life peptides is loewer than a longer shelf lif peptide , so check the dates before you waste your money .

Hey, just wanting an update regarding my order. I’ve waited more than a week now. Royal Mail has said it has been delivered every day since the 29th… it hasn’t. Could you please start the process on your side to see where my delivery is and why is hasn’t been delivered when it said it has and updates every day saying we will deliver today and then it has been delivered.

Just want an update or for you to start the process with Royal Mail so I can claim my money back from them if unfortunately they can’t find it.

Nothing to do with Astra labs. It’s Royal Mail. But I can’t get through to Royal Mail without you starting the process on your side.

I’ve tried to take this offline via your support email but have not gotten a response after a few emails. Please either reply here or my email so we can get this sorted please!

Order Number: #7628

I’m writing because your recent response is inaccurate, and I want this resolved as soon as possible.

First, you stated that you have been replying to my emails. That is simply not true. I have checked my inbox, spam, junk, archived folders, and even performed a full search across my email accounts. I have received no replies from Astra Labs whatsoever. If you believe you have responded, please provide proof of the emails you claim to have sent.

Second, you claimed that this order was sent to a store or collection property. Again, that is false. I have my order confirmation for Order #7628 in front of me, and it clearly shows:

* Billing address: My home address.
* Delivery address: My home address.
* Email address: The email address attached to this order.

At no point did I provide a store address or request store collection. Please explain where you got that information from, because it does not exist on my order.

I’m also happy to provide the Royal Mail tracking information publicly if necessary, because it shows exactly the same thing. There is no delivery photo, no proof of delivery to a store, and nothing that supports the claims made in your public response.

I’ve been patient throughout this because I genuinely believed this was a Royal Mail issue rather than an Astra Labs issue. This is my second order with you, and my first order arrived without any problems. I wanted to resolve this cooperatively and continue using Astra Labs.

However, publicly stating things that are contradicted by both my order confirmation and the tracking information is unacceptable. Your response can be seen by other customers, and it is important that it is accurate.

Please stop providing incorrect information publicly and contact me via the email address attached to Order #7628 with a genuine update and a resolution.

If I do not receive a proper response via email, I will have no option but to contact my bank and begin a chargeback process. I do not want it to come to that, and I also do not want to have to leave another Trustpilot review simply to get a response.

I expect this to be resolved as a matter of urgency.

I ordered an multipack item on the friday and was attempted delivery on the following day. At royal mails fault they couldn't deliver however when I did eventually open my package, I was pleasantly surprised to find an additional free item (worth over £30) added to my package. If anyone is starting or fulfilling their "research" products I would highly recommend this website and company. Products seem pure and sold a very reasonable price. Will definitely be visiting again.
