The dress I purchased was made out of cheap material and was not true to size. I requested a return authorization the same day I received it. There were no tags on the dress and no receipt in the bag. When I looked up where to ship it, the address was Rosemead, Ca. After four day's of emails requesting the return, I was told to ship the dress to China. I am disputing the charge on my credit card.

I placed two orders, order #12395 and 12397, but they were never delivered, and they stole my money. Robbers. I need to report this to the Federal Trade Commission. I sent them an email, but they are not responding. Go to hell!

Took ages to come, was too small. I sent it back (it was £60 quid) the postage was £30 but I thought it’d be worth it if it meant I could buy something better for my partner. 4 months on, no refund. The package is stuck somewhere now it’s back in China, can’t track it (despite paying for it) because the Chinese partners’ website is in Mandarin and won’t translate automatically.

Advertised shoes as leather! More like rubber👎🏾 saw the shoes on AliExpress $30 cheaper. No response to my emails total scam

Total Scam, avoid at all costs and don't be a mug like me :-) ordered a sweater that would not fit a child, never mind it was XL !! offered me a 30% refund, they want you to return it to china and pay shipping fees, when it breaches Consumer rights act 2015, misleading practice

Total scam. I paid for a sweater that was pictured, received a totally different style which was far too small and definitely NOT cashmere. Based on all other complaints, it is clearly not worth returning. I’m a complete mug! I will never buy from an unknown company again. Do not buy from this company!!

I ordered a cashmere jumper which took forever to arrive, and when it did it was not as described at all.
Sent Astrilon 10 emails about a return or refund and didn't get any responses.
FYI returns are paid for by the customer and are sent back to China, so you will end up paying over £50 for shipping costs.
Terrible experience

Took six weeks to get delivery of a sweater. Nothing like what I had ordered. Size was absolutely wrong. Ordered a Women's XL, but at best this would fit an average child. Color was not the green in the ad, and is totally wrong for me. No labels featuring size, origin, or even care instructions. Contacted the company for return instructions (also conveniently not included in the package). They finally got back to me suggesting I pick another item to replace this piece, advising it was expensive to return for refund. I want a refund. Would never trust another order with company. Still waiting for instructions, but since no reply to my follow up, not hopeful. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. TOTAL SCAM.

Please do NOT buy from this company. This is a con. I ordered a cashmere mix jumper size XL, what I got would not fit a 5 year old. Return is the price of the jumper.

Just received my large cashmere baggy jumper which wouldn’t fit a 10 year old terrible purchase just contacted for return as it was £55 on sale will see what response I get 🤦‍♀️

Placed an order on 20/01 from an Instagram ad. No updates, so emailed Astrilon on 05/02 to cancel my order and request a refund. I did receive a response on 07/02 to confirm my order had been shipped and would be received in 3-5 business days. I have received my order today (12/02) and as I feared, the item is totally different to the picture in the ad. A google image search established the picture was actually used from a different website, that is obviously much better quality. The item is awful. Definitely not cashmere as advertised. Serves me right for trusting an ad on instagram! I am now £55 out of pocket and am not willing to pay the shipping costs to return to China! Dreadful. Avoid!

Site states 7-10 business days for shipping to the US, around the 10th day I got curious and wondered why it was taking so long. Checked tracking info and nothing was updated. I reached on to customer support and they said it’s processing and they will have information next week. Checked tracking info again the following week and still no updates. Reached out to customer support again still didn’t have information. It is now business days 21 and I have still not received my order. Customer service just got back to me and stated tracking has been updated and told me I will receive my item in 3-6 business days. So a total of maximum 27 business day when the site stated 7-10 business days. This is terrible! Don’t buy here unless you want to wait close to a month
