EDIT*** after writing this review they did make it right and quickly fixed the issue. They had my product out for delivery the next day and issued me an extra of the product I ordered. I appreciate the response back and the promptness to get my order out. Thank you!

Ordered product almost 8 weeks ago and it has said “product on hold” since then. I’ve emailed 4 times and haven’t heard anything back. I would love to leave a positive review but simply cannot at this time.

If a separate item — such as a diluent (e.g., BAC water) — is needed for research purposes, it would need to be added individually, as it is listed as a separate product and is not included by default.

You literally shipped the wrong peptides to me. This is not my order at all. I did not get any confirmation about the order being shipped with peptides that I did not order.

I have always had good service from them until now. I ordered on December 12 and paid the same day. I have no update and have emailed several times with no response. It’s been over a month with nothing! Either mail the product or refund my money

Dont waist your time or money

I made a purchase on December 21st, paid for the products that I chose the same day. After a while I checked my orders on the website and saw, and still shows, on hold. I emailed the support email given on there website and received no feedback. At this point I would strongly urge anyone that is considering purchasing peptides to bypass this company/website and look at peptide sciences or peptide direct. This site is 1000% a scam.

I’ve ordered from them several times…

I’ve ordered from them several times with no issues. This time they’ve taken my money and won’t respond to emails. I’m out $200 and no products.

Update: The seller reached out, apologized for the delay, and made things right. This is the customer service I’m accustomed to from this company, and I’ll be happy to continue doing business with them in the future.

A slight delay, but always worth the wait

Paid for my order on December 22 and had no meaningful communication or status update for more than two weeks.
Eventually, my order did ship and extra research product was included for the delay. I’ve used the vendor many times in the past and typically there is a very quick response time and turnaround.

The communication and response time in my experience has been below the normal standard. I placed an order on December 16th, made the payment and still on December 30th have not received confirmation or tracking for the order. The money has been taken from my account without any response for my order.
