Very important principles succintly explained

Having completed the foundational study of Jyotisha, I’m humbled by its depth and subtle insights. With reverence and curiosity, I now aspire to grow as a predictive Jyotisha, guided by the light of the grahas.

I was always interested in the occult science but lack of time , resources and other factors has delayed my learning. Now I am blessed with time and the right guru, Sri Raghavendra ji, under whose patient guidance I am getting to fulfill my desire. The content is very clear and self paced and the weekly interactive online classes are an added bonus. I am so glad I am part of Astropuranam !

Mystic subject Vedic Astrology seems to demystify. Thanks to Raghavendra Guruji who has simplified and learning was easy as it was small bit size videos. Basic concepts have been covered I the self discovery and it is amazing that on the first step one could read at least his own chart. Thanking you for kindling this interest and hope I will continue learning this wonderful science. 🙏

My search seems to have come to an end. I always wanted to know the mystery of creation, how people, places and objects impact each other, how is this all connected. Tried to understand the impact of planetary objects by reading books, but they could go only so far to tell the technical aspects but couldn't feel it. Then I meet, guruji, an engineer Jyotisha, teaches Jyotisha as if we are building any other machine. Learn and understand all the parts and then put them together and see what comes out. The words, sounds, and the charts echo after the class is over and you wait for the next class to learn more, wondering what comes next. Great ability to distill complex piece of information so that it can be absorbed in small bits and bytes. It is joy learning Jyotisha!

I never had much insight into what Jyothisha was though in my family horoscope was very valued for auspicious occasions like for marriages, career planning or health issues, horoscopes were always consulted. But the present generation have moved away from it, starting from our generation, and there is very little understanding and knowledge or what Jyothisha represents. There is not much faith in it and become more and more irrelevant. This is a very sorry state of affairs and I am very much into learning our shastras and meditation, I realized I need to know more about this vidya. I came to Astropuranam by chance and I am happy I did. Guruji has made it very approachable and interesting for any newbie to grasp the fundamentals in the Moon Membership. There is a lot to learn and grasp and I am sure this is going to be a wonderful journey! I am grateful to Guruji for imparting this knowledge to us. Pranams!

I thoroughly enjoyed the basic level course. The dedication and effort that Guruji Raghavendra has put in are truly admirable.

I have been trying out several books, online videos etc to learn astrology. However, the subject being so vast, it was quite complex and confusing.
But, Iam very glad I found Astropuranam. At Astropuranam, Guruji has come up with modules that are simple to understand. it is self paced course giving the freedom to learn at our own time and pace. Also, the modules being broken to smaller segments makes it very convenient for the learner. there are regular connects to clarify all doubts. This course is complied in a way that learning Jyotisa makes much more sense. Guruji you are not only an astrologer but a great teacher. Teaching is virtue, not all teachers have it.
All my life i wanted to learn Jyotisa, i read books, try to learn from different sources, but i know i found the right Guru now. I wish I would have known to You before..
I started with knowledge of Jyotisa with so much confusions. But your way of teaching has cleared all the doubts and i can see that i can progress ahead. Still i need to do self study, but happy to have this platform where i can come back and ask questions in my own pace.

I could fulfill my dream of learning Jyotish (Basics). I spent a lot time listening & understanding the videos of Guruji and found it interesting, relevant and applicable in my life.
On my first day of the course I knew few planets and rasis and by the end of this couse I am seeing myself many many levels above from what I was.

Every time I listened to the videos, I learnt something new and my knowledge expanded.
About this course I would say Guruji has made all videos in a very elaborate way giving examples and sharing excel sheet that is truly a blessing for the beginners.
Q & A section is good to clear doubts and for asking questions and clarifications on topics not understood.
Overall a course that is worth the money spent.

Very judiciously compiled so that it is not overwhelming for a beginner yet is comprehensive to cover the essentials.

Amazing course formulated in such a way that for a beginner like me also it was easy to understand the concepts. At certain points where I needed more clarity the interactive sessions helped. I have been learning astrology from Raghava ji for the past 4 months and I must say the experience has been wonderful...
The general perception is that astrology just takes advantage of people's fears and astrologers take advantage especially the Hindu astrology but it's actually vice versa--- it needs so much brains to actually predict anything properly... And Raghava ji has made it extremely simple by teaching in a specific format with all the examples and quizzes... Also best thing is he adds the spiritual component of astrology to his teachings and also to look at the positive things in a chart rather than just focus on the negative things and worrying without a reason..

I'm Abhijeet Athipet, working as sr manager in an edutech firm. I started this journey of understanding jyotishya as a part of my quest to know myself and the purpose of my life.. this program not only helped me to read and understand my birth chart but also has provided an understanding of many more cases.

As homework, I worked on my birth charts of my family and a few friends, and with necessary authorization from the owner of the birth chart, I discussed my insights with the faculty. Over time, I improved in understanding and was able to get some insights into my family's historic situations.

One another specific highlight of this program offered by Mr raghavendra is the session on astrophysics. I have been very interested in space sciences and it intrigued me how ancient bharatiyas were able to connect the stars and situations. The course of findamentals in astrophysics for astronomy demistified some key points in this area..
