Positive, efficient service

Replacement went exceptionally well.
Replacement battery received promptly and included all the tools necessary to change over my laptop battery.
Battery change over was completed with a minimum of fuss and a couple of hours later the new battery was fully charged. Computer is now working as it should. Very happy!

Batt works, no accurate %
Battery arrived in a box with no anti-static bag to protect battery. This is not best practice!
I installed the battery and the laptop firmware needed some tweaking to make sure the battery fuctioned well. Though the battery is the correct specs and screw holes, when placing the screws were slightly misaligned. Also the battery does not report the correct left over time, after 100% charge. I have drained the battery on playing YouTube videos, shutdown, recharged fully, but still the battery is not showing exact remaining power. Hope it will correct it self soon.
30th Aug - 4th Sep, I am still having issues with the battery causing other features to malfunction information (Bluetooth, Date and Time, Eratic power charging light), etc. I have taken screen capture of the battery message popup when moving the cursor over it, and also generated "powercfg /batteryreport" to capture the battery behaviour - very abnormal and eratic. Would like to know your resolve please. Happy to send in the reports and screen captures. Thank you.

I brought the battery for Asus gl703gm…
I brought the battery for Asus gl703gm laptop after replace laptop not switched on anymore before which is work great except when running on battery less time. After check technician my laptop he said that motherboard short circuit due to wrong battery. Which cost me more than laptop price. Don’t by battery here go for original is the best way to do. Additionally I didn’t get any battery amount refund or compensation for my laptop.

6-day delivery to Perth Metro
Product: Just installed. Laptop initially refused to turnd on but plugging in the power adapter for a 1 minute kick-started it. Battery shipped with 85% charge-a bit high for long-term storage.
Vendor service: Order placed on Saturday and arrived the coming Friday. Pckaging is compact and solid, although more cushioning would be better.
My previous battery bloated and buldged out the trackpad so I hope this one can last me longer.
