Received Brace. Right out of the Package I could tell that it was way to small. They would not accept return or exchange. Sizing chart is way off. Would not buy this item unless you are exactly sure of the size. Should go by height on chart NOT waist size.

I received my back support harness. The straps were so big that the item is not wearable. I asked for a replacement. They requested I send photos, which I did. They determined the product was good. To return it I would have to pay the shipping at a cost of almost what the item was. This is a total scam. I wish I would have done better research.

Received an item that didn't work. Emailed them to get a refund. They asked for pictures and video of the item not working which I sent them. Then they said the cost for me to return the broken item would be $25-30 to ship back to Singapore. The item only cost $25. They offered to refund me back 5-10% of the cost. Sent a completely piece of junk and don't stand behind their product.

I ordered an item in November. By the middle of January it is still not here. They have offered an address the doesn’t exist and insist I gave the incorrect address. I have not received any notifications that my order was delivered. I feel like this is a scam company which is located in Singapore. Think twice before doing business here.
