Inusabile.
Non so perchè è stato scelto in azienda ma è la cosa meno usabile con la quale abbia avuto a che fare negli ultimi 10 anni.
Portare i task da una colonna all'altra è un delirio giuro.
Trascino i task in una colonna e tornano indietro, ci riprovo e finiscono in 2 colonne contemporaneamente, riprovo e va nella colonna sbagliata.
Imbarazzante.... sono stato 5 minuti di orologio a spostare 4 task.

Fantastic tool for getting client feedback on website development work. Their support team is great as well.

Seems to be a place where finally we can fix the websites without the comments going to a hundred different births and deaths through emails, pdfs, tickets which no one from the developer's team wants to read or fix.

Utterly useless and not delivering on any of the promises. Extremely buggy, counter-intuitive GUI, AI agents are hit and miss. We have a whole team that have wasted multiple hours on this project!

I first tried the Atarim platform and then attended their summit, the Web Agency Summit 2025 by Atarim! Great online event! The sessions were packed with valuable insights and experts. And thanks to the event, I received some free but really valuable consultations afterward. Loved the connections made and the easy virtual format. Highly recommend!

We have been using Atarim at EmergentHQ.com since 2019... before it was even called Atarim! It has always been a great tool for our agency to let clients easily mark up changes and for QA to mark issues. The transformation from bug tracker to agency dashboard has been interesting to be part of, and there is a lot more coming.

Even after our migration off of wordpress as our standard platform, we continue to use Atarim. In fact, we are using them more than we ever did.

Atarim is a great platform for anyone designing, building, or managing website projects. It makes communication with clients a lot easier, as it's done visually, on the website itself. Simply point, click and write a comment, add attachments if needed.

If you ever come across any problems, their support is very helpful and knowledgeable. I recently had an issue with missing projects and wanted to ask some questions about features included in my plan level. Pete from Atarim support swiftly solved the problem, answered my questions and even was kind enough to offer me an upgrade, so that I could try out one of the new features, not normally included in my plan.

I can highly recommend to try it out - it's free to start with, so can't go wrong with that!

Atarim is a unique platform for seamless collaboration across teams. We use Atarim for quality assurance testing and feedback for web UIs as well as many other unique use cases. We have found that the product meets all of our needs and the support team is helpful and responsive.

Great product if it worked reliably. When it does work, it is a wonderful tool. I signed up early for this software with a lifetime licence and have persevered with it on and off for several years.

Extremely buggy, and it seems that whenever we give it another chance it stops working and causes immense frustration for our clients and us. Simply hasn't lived up to the hype and expectation.

Perhaps it works well in a very controlled environment with specific themes and plugins, but from our experience it's been an epic failure.

Give it one star because the support try their best.
