Order arrived the next day just as they said.

Had a problem with the service I received,

But the company call me and sorted it out,

Will contine to use them.

Ordering off the website is a very easy process, but my only complaint would be that there is no option to combine multiple orders so that you are only paying 1 lot of postage.

up till now had no problems, but last order very slow in arriving( bad weather.....)

ATE were able to very quickly supply my order. When I realised I had ordered the wrong size components they ( via the phone and email) sent me information to return the components.
I did have some difficulty in entering the delivery address ( different to my billing address) as their system did not seem to recognise the UK postcode that I entered. It was difficult to overuse the suggested addresses.

Excellent trailer floor at good price. Prompt delivery.

the only problem I have is the postage times,
I can order on a Saturday morning and don't get my order until late wed.
and the postage is 17.50 for this slow service.
other than that its good

I was only ordering a light lens, but all went well.

ATE are great to deal with its just a shame there delivery agent DPD were not the same very disappointing on delivery although ATE were only to pleased to try and assist.

Cant recommend this company highly enough, excellent service.

Very pleased with the service, good availability and prompt delivery.

These guys are great - really helpful, nothing too much trouble and they really know their stuff! Also, ordered at 3.10pm and the parts still arrived pre 10.30am next day. They're not the cheapest but they get the job done!

We use ATE on a regular basis , and the staff knowledge , the product range , and the service , are all excellent . highly recommended .
