We kindly ask you to refrain from creating fabricated screenshots of conversations. We recall that when you requested a location change for your VPS, we informed you of the associated charges. Unfortunately, you declined to proceed with the payment. When you requested a refund, we advised you to create a ticket in the billing panel. Regrettably, you did not create the ticket but instead left a review here without providing any clear reasons for your dissatisfaction.

Should you decide to create a ticket in the billing section, we promptly refunded your money. We are uncertain about the situation at hand. Your request for a refund alongside retaining the VPS seems contradictory.
