My wife and I play a lot. This had the easiest KYC and redemption. She won and cashed out within 48 hours, and mine came in 2 days too. If all casinos were like this... Pay what they owe...

Where to start?, lets say I am fustrated,angry,out of pocket,and to be honest, upset with the chat service that supposedly sort problems fast. What is wrong for me? They owe me 300 euros, and I have been chasing this everyday for nearly three weeks. So, I make my withdrawal, I get an email ,it says my withdrawal is being processed, a day later, another e mail,'your withdrawal has been cancelled'. So I go to chat, speak to one of their nice agents . To start with they argued that I cancelled withdrawal. No, not me, why would I unless to refund my account, but I am not using this site again until I get my withdrawal honoured. Next I am told by the VIP dept that it is my deposit provider that is cancelling. After two weeks of regular, and repeat conversations, I ask to speak to their payments dept. No they say, you are not allowed to talk to them. So as I say, after now three weeks, I am no further forward, make the withdrawal, gets cancelled. Today I talk with my bank for an hour. I recorded the last two withdrawal id numbers, and gave these to my bank man. After 20 mins he comes back and telks me there is NO reference ,id nhmbers that come anywhere close to those I gave him,nothing in my bank anywhere that links my account to Atefia, other than my initial deposits. So. Do I just write off 300 euros?, that's not me. I will again be going on chat, with Atefia today. Anyone out there with similar experience or even another approach to use? In the meantime, I advise caution with this site, I would love to give a good review, because their site is fun, but as youcan guess, I cannot.
