As others here ordered a bag did not get what I ordered complete scam.

They sent me 2 bags that were incorrect, refused refund or return/exchange because I did not video unboxing of bags. Total scam artists. Spread the word.

Terrible DONOT buy from them thy sent me a bag which was absolutely nothing like what I ordered its cheep plastic the stitching was coming undone. Not finished at all looked like a child had made it wont reply to emails cannot call them no phone number works.
They said the same video of yourself opening it ?? Really really bad such scammers they need reporting to someone

I ordered a bag on 2/14 and just recieved it on 3/12, but I was patient. I ordered a "Constance" in the color vert d'eau which is a mint green and was supposedly alligator. The bag I recieved is a dark green bag and clearly fake alligator. It smells of plastic. I immediately emailed and the response I got from this company was basically. We verified with the warehouse that your correct bag was sent so unless you have a video of yourself opening the package and can prove I didn't swap it out with something else I get no refund. No where on thier website do I see this policy. Had the same issue with a similar company with another bag this week as well..be very careful.

Ik vraag me af of de site wel betrouwbaar is. De site ziet er ingewikkeld uit: Er is geen live chat terwijl er staat dat er 24/7 support is. Maar ik kan niet eens live chatten met hun. Ook ziet de insta pagina er niet betrouwbaar uit. Ik zie geen geverifieerde logo. Alles is ook super goedkoop (alle merken). Op de site staat dat ze een fysieke winkel hebben. Ik zie nergens het adres staan. Ik snap het allemaal niet en ik vind het wel jammer.
