DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY THERE A TOTAL SCAM

item is a piece of rubbish , there returns are to chine which they don't disclose before purchase .. then you've got 14 days from the date its sent which has already been 8 days then you've got to send it to China lol which aint going to happen in 14 days from postage and they no that.

ive just paid £50 for a short out fit for my son and its made out of the thinest nylon that would go up in flames in a second . absolute rubbish .!!!!

im so sick of these companies popping up in the uk there websites look like legit hi end business but please don't be fooled .

THIS COMPANY HAVE SET UP UNDER MANY NAMES AND ARE SCAMMERS! I ORDERED UNDER THE NAME OF ‘ATELY’ (THEY ALSO USE ATLY) THEY NEVER REPLY TO EMAILS, THEY DON’T SEND THE ITEMS WE ORDER. THEY SAY THEY ARE LONDON BASED AND THEY AREN’T! CONTACT YOUR BANK THEY WILL INVESTIGATE. I GOT MY REFUND THROUGH MY BANK. SHOCKING THAT FACEBOOK ALLOW THESE COMPANIES TO SCAM US.

I have had the same experience as other reviewers and i am really angry

Again, like everyone else, black friday sale, track suit set, buy one, get one free. I purchased 3, too get 3 free. Xmas presents for my grandsons. They took my money, sent confirmation & tracking order. Tracking number didnt work. There tracking list showed me it had been dispatched. Sent email, no response. Went onto their tracking and what a suprise, cannot get into it. But their breakdown said arrived in my town sorting office? We don't have one? Went onto their tik tok site to leave message, messaging had been removed, sent another email, no response, went again onto tik tok and they have disappeared. Hard earned cash wasted. Scammers. But it amazes me how they advertised as atelier London, when my supposed purchase was being shipped from abroad? Come on tik tok surely you check these company's? I had read some reviews, some were good, some were not so good, just like alot of company's,

I too paid £49.99 for 2 tracksuits on the 4th of December through tik tok and i have not received them. I have emailed them and got no response at all. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM...totally ripped me off, scammers.

Do not use this company,It's a scam,order ed though tiktok 3 tracksuits £150,stole my money and they never sent the Goods They ignore your emails .

£49.97. Send email and tracking then doesn’t work and now nothing. Tried to email several times and no response at all. SCAM. I also bought through tik-tok and says shopify so thought it would be fine. So 😡

0 out of 10. Ordered on 1st December. Got an order confirmation email and a tracking number. Now link isn’t working and it’s the 16th. Nothing. Sent an email on the 13th and nothing. Guessing nothing is going to be arriving. As per other reviews looks like it’s a scam. Thanks for stealing my money.

I gave it 1 star as to get the option to write this. Or I would have given it 0 stars, I purchased a nike men set, i had emailed several times for confirmation of a cap included as confirmed by their advertisement, no answer and they had said they would confirm when it’s been sent no answer, thier tracking does not work . It says not recognise. Tried thier website still cannot get though for comments as to my questions. They make it impossible to. Very disappointing and annoyed , i hope to actually get my purchase as advertised, and of the quality shown. They had said any questions email and will be happy to help. Its not true at all. Saved my money to get this for my son for Christmas.👎🏼

Scam shop - putting itself forward as a quality UK store but infact cheap rubbish - DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE. Clothes shipped from China, return cost upwards of £20. Clothes very poor quality. Check their other sister site by searching 'ashford-clarke' reviews on trustpilot.
