J’ai reçu mon parfum cédrat hier j’adore l’odeur mais mauvaise surprise il ne tient pas du tout, je suis terriblement déçue

J adore certains de leurs fragrances. Particulièrement clémentine california. Mais alors le nombre de fois où il y a des ruptures de stocks.. j ai mis 2 ans à avoir l eau de Cologne, le lait corporel et le gel douche en même temps, il y avait toujours un produit indisponible. Et alors la dernière commande fiasco ! Je me suis rendue compte de l annulation de la commande par une ligne de crédit sur mon compte : aucun mail pour prévenir, aucune explication (sans doute rupture de stock mais bon) . En rupture chez sephora . Peu d autres points de vente à part Paris . Ils ne veulent pas vendre leur produit ces gens là ou quoi ? Et quel manque d attention pour les clients .je vais finir par renoncer à la marque. A moins que ce ne soient les prémices d un arrêt de la marque …

Payment processed on their us website, but my order got cancelled without any notification.

What a joke. If you were sorry, you should have at least sent me an email telling me why it got cancelled, whether it was the billing address or the delivery address.

Horrible return policy - 2 weeks from order date, 9 days takes shipping so you barely have time for returning

I tried thousand times to pay the order but every time there is a "Payment is refused" message. I contacted customer service department and there was two weeks correspondence, all the time they insisted that "everything is working with their platform". Unfortunately, it is not working a month later.

I like their fragrances, but their website and customer service are terrible. When ordering on their website, I frequently get errors. When apply my loyalty points to my order, the discount is shown on the ordering page but it charges my card the full price. It's misleading and pretty scammy. This happened not once, but twice! I called customer service several times. They said they will refund me and send me an email, but nothing came if it. Will not be ordering from this company again if they cannot fix this problem.

I placed an order with Atelier Cologne for a Discovery Set on 16 November. It has still not arrived in Ireland. Atelier Cologne dispatch their orders from France using Colissimo standard service. I was given a tracking number which stopped working on 23 November and is telling me that they are working hard to get my order through their system as quickly as possible - haha. Based on this level of service I would never order from a retailer using Colissimo again. Truly awful. La Poste who own Colissimo is utterly impossible to get through to. They must be the worst postal service in Europe. Customer services from Atelier have also been problematic as they appear to have changed country in the middle of my enquiry. I also received emails in French welcoming me to L'Oreal and I was sent an email telling me that my order was processing through their US logistics system when I had placed an order on the EU site. The customer service agent who randomly replies to me keeps wishing me a 'Citrusy Day', which is only adding to my irritation. The original email address and telephone number on my invoice no longer work. All in all a dreadful, dreadful experience and I will never be ordering direct from Atelier Cologne again.

Loved the customer support, their attention to their clients, and their experience. Keep it up! 🌿

EDIT - After placing the review below, I'm pleased to say that the problem was resolved and I was sent a replacement

I recently ordered a Discovery Set for €30. Arrived promptly but one of the bottles was completely empty and another only half full in the set. After a number of emails, including being asked to submit a photo (which I did) have had absolutely no contact back, refund or a new bottle. Really, really disappointing.

I ordered the item during Black Friday 23rd Nov which admittedly is a busy time, however come 24th Dec I still haven't received the order. Not only did I receive no order but there was no update or contact regarding when it might show up. When I did email to try to find out where my delivery was, I was simply told, "we are very busy", which I understand, but a month should be plenty of time.

Je ne m'attendais pas à cela très comment dire fruité et ne reste pas .. J'aurai du prendre une autre senteur comme Oolang Infini - Je n'aime pas Pomelos dommage que je n'ai pas pu sentir avant (trop de pub c'est parfois le piège)

I recieved my item very fast, just ir 4 days, but it has a problem - I ordered text on the travel case "Loved one", but I got case with text "Loued". It looks fooly and I need the case with proper text. Case color was "Venetian blue"
