Ho contattato l'assistenza , che in prima battuta mi ha detto che dovevo sentire io il corriere con cui hanno spedito il materiale.Il corriere a sua volta mi ha detto che io non potevo fare nulla , ma che era necessario fosse il venditore che inviasse un reclamo alla DHL .Dopo un 'infinitá di email che ho inviato all'assistenza Atzer ( ben 28, sempre seguite da risposte vaghe e date dopo giorni), l'assistenza mi assicurava che avrebbe aperto la pratica con il corriere , che la procedura avrebbe richiesto un po' di tempo e che mi avrebbero fatto sapere.Dopo alcuni giorni ricevo una email con un'ironico "buona giornata" , da quel momento piu nulla, non hanno piu risposto alle email , non rispondono al telefono e il loro sito risulta addirittura chiuso.Di fatto sono stato truffato di un bel po' di soldi.Sconsiglio vivamente a tutti di avere a che fare con questi truffatori.

Absolutely horrendous customer service

Absolutely horrendous customer service. I have the P20 Plus and the laser stopped firing out of no where. I've been in contact with them for over a month now and have requested a full refund based on their 1 year manufacturer warranty. They offered to refund me for the repair at a local store or "supermarket".... They have offered no actual help or items to troubleshoot from their company. I have sent them all my receipts for the laser, extension, rotary, and extended enclosure and now all of a sudden their website, customer service email, and any phone numbers on their manuals are disconnected. Im now out over $1,000 with no resolution in sight...

I order thier 40w machine

I order thier 40w machine, rotors accessory, and enclosure. I received the machine, it came in damaged, I contacted customer service. They responded quickly with we a sorry, they never offered a replacement, or to pick up the damaged machine. Then for my other accessories, they simply refunded me for items that never shipped. I have tried numerous times to contact them, but never received any feedback. So I still have a damaged machine and I am out $529.00.

ProblÚme de remboursement sur un article commandé, payé mais non livré

J'ai acheté leur machine L2 36W et un kit d'extension au mois de mai 2024.
J'ai bien reçu la machine 3 semaines plus tard mais le kit ne faisait pas partie de la livraison.
Leur service client me fait dÚs lors part d'une rupture de stock sur cet article ( bizarre car les pubs que je reçois de leur part tous les 3 jours mentionnent bien cet article disponible à la commande!!!).
AprÚs quelques échanges de mails, je me vois proposer , au 30 juillet 2024, l'annulation de la ligne de commande non satisfaite ainsi qu'une compensation financiÚre pour le préjudice subi ( eh oui, le prix de la machine est proposé de plus en plus bas et du coup, me sentant lésé je leur ai fait part de mon mécontentement)
Nous tombons d'accord pour une indemnisation de 350$ qui doit être versée sur mon compte (comme j'ai réglé la commande par carte bancaire, ils utiliseront ce moyen pour me retourner la somme due)
Depuis le 30 juillet 2024, date de notre accord sur cette transaction, je n'ai toujours aucun versement sur mon compte et leurs messages, en réponse à mes relances (une quinzaine au bas mot), semblent tous provenir d'un robot dénommé RICKY qui se borne à me répéter que le remboursement se fera via ma carte bancaire:

J’ai acheté en octobre 2023 le modÚle L2 36w
J’ai un problÚme avec la remise à zéro et l’autofocus.
En effet la molette située sur l’électroaimant se bloque continuellement, il faut aider manuellement.
réponse du fabricant (envoyez nous des vidéos) fait le jour même réponse le lendemain (merci) en anglais.
Depuis c'est le silence radio rien pas de message pour dire quelque chose.
AprÚs avoir consulté plusieurs forums , je m’aperçoit que le problÚme est fréquent ; la machine n'a pas 1 an donc sous garantie ; mais rien ne se passe au niveau du SAV. C'est déplorable ..........! Même NUL ..!!
Orientez vous vers d'autres marques plus sérieuses ( Créality , XTOOL ... etc ...

Worst customer service ever!

Worst customer service ever!
They sent me the wrong wire harness for my laser when I purchased the extender kit. All of my emails are going on answered and when they do answer, they ask you to get back to them tomorrow at which time they do not answer so I have purchased an extender kit that I cannot use, and I cannot get the replacement wire harness. I even offered to pay for it - That email went unanswered. They do not connect with english and when they write in it, it’s very difficult to understand what they’re trying to say.
Basically don’t buy anything unless you are absolutely sure you’re not gonna need their help because you will not get it!
Useless!

Terrible Service

Terrible Service. Since the day I got my L2 36 watt laser it had intermittent issues where it would give me an hard limitr error. Eventially, it would not work at all.

I have been in constant communication with service for the past month with numerous emails. Due to lack of support, I eventually decided to open the movable frame and found a wire that was cut right at a connector.

I then asked for a replacement cable.

Bottom line, its been over a month with multiiple emails, and even though I asked for expidited shipment of the cable, I still have no confirmation that is has been shipped.

Bottom line...SERVICE TERRIBLE

Mehrfacher Betrug, Anzeige erstattet.

Nachdem die versprochene Lieferzeit nicht eingehalten wurde, wurde ich ÃŒber Wochen hingehalten und habe auch mein Geld nicht zurÃŒck bekommen.

Als ich dann einen Paypal Fall eröffnet habe, hat man mir ein Zubehörteil geschickt, um eine Sendungsnummer bei Paypal angeben zu können.

ZunÀchst wurde dann der Fall geschlossen, glÌcklicherweise konnte ich den Fall telefonisch aber wieder öffnen lassen.

Dann hat man versucht mich mit einer falschen Sendungsnummer dazu zu bewegen den Fall wieder zu schließen.

Ich habe dann Anzeige bei der Polizei erstattet und das Geld von Paypal zurÃŒck bekommen.

60 days without warranty repair or refund

Feb 9, 2024, for 60 days I have had no usable laser machine (Atezr P20) or money to buy a different machine due to numerous excuses and delays and failure to honor the warranty by Atezr.

Dec 11 notified Atezr my focusing lens was etched and asked for advice. Next day Atezr agreed to replace it under warranty, on Dec 13 Atezr said they would ship the replacement part. 21 days later I requested a shipment update. Jan 4 Atezr “claimed” was damaged in shipment would resend, actually shipped it on Jan 16. On Jan 27 the part sent arrived but it was the WRONG PART - 47 days to get the wrong part and not using my laser. Jan 31 Atezr said they would refund my purchase and said they needed Paypal info, I sent it the same day. Feb 2, Atezr wanted to confirm my paypal information, I confirmed the same day. Feb 4 I set up a Money Request through Paypal to make it easier, which Atezr confirmed on Feb 6 and said “payment should be directly credited to your account”.

In my opinion and based actual interaction with Atezr, the customer service is very bad and they will not honor their warranty obligations.

Excellent Service

I had a couple of minor issues with my machine and Atezr was very quick to respond and send the parts that I needed. I'm new to diode lasers and they were very helpful and understanding. One of the issues I had was with the focusing lens. Atezr didn't just send a lens, they sent the lens assembly to me so all I had to do was screw it onto the module. I am very satisfied with the service I've received.

the Laser that is being weird & acting crazy after one week.doesn’t follow the Lightburn program & it does whatever it wants.It makes a mess everywhere when you drawings something and wasting a lot material.the laser stops working correctly, it starts cutting a vertical line at every job it moves in random directions. The website phone number does not work. Emails get you in a loop from hell.Don't buy this piece of garbage

Atezr apparently makes a good laser


Atezr apparently makes a good laser according to several YouTube sites. However, their support is abysmal!!! Chinese service is does not exist in any way, shape, or form. Their philosophy is simple.
Purchase a product and you are on your own - imported laser products as well. Instructions are non-existent, phone (California #) does not work, and e-mails inquiries are simply useless. "Ricky" indicated that a professional would get back to me yet it has been since mid December and no response...period. They did one follow-up asking for a video of the issue, which was forwarded to them on 12/25/23. Have emailed two requests for follow-up with no replay.

Update: Finally, mid January, they have been responding through email. Communications/language issues are a big issue. Their responses are 24 hour behind due to Cinis being on the opposite side of the globe. Find it stunning that there is no US English speaking Service center. Clearly, they need need to understand the US consumer expectation and how high the bar has been set in excellence over generations.

No support

The website phone number does not work. Emails get you in a loop from hell. There is a 3-7 day delay in correspondence and you never hear back from their "professional" for assistance. It is difficult to get any help and impossible to do a return.

The worst Customer Service I experienced

Their customer service is the worst I have experienced in many years. On the third day of use, the machine was working at 50% power in engraving and cutting. After sending countless emails and videos without receiving a coherent response, I requested the RMA and the return of my money. Since they ignored my claim and stopped responding, I sought PayPal protection but unfortunately, they only protect you if the paid item is not received, but not if it is defective. Based on this experience, I recommend not buying these machines if you need technical support or a warranty for the sale.

Laser working to 50% power and poor


Laser working to 50% power and poor customer support!
I ordered an L2 24W laser after watching several YouTube videos raving about this manufacturer at the beginning of August 23, to replace a 10-watt laser I had been using for quite a while. It was delivered on the 16 August. Assembly was quick, fit and finish is really nice with a really sturdy frame.
I used the laser for about a week and then noticed it was tripping out on full power, so i emailed support on the 6 September 23, stating that the laser was only working to 80% power. After the third email they finally responded and like others i was instructed to send a video of the problem and the parameters that i am using in Lightburn to tech support. We went through several different suggestions on how to fix the problem, nothing worked. Note that it takes 24 hours to get a response, (sometimes they even answer the question you ask) due to the time zone difference. After numerous emails back and forth, tech support finally agreed that there is an issue and the motherboard is defective, they say they will ship sometime this week. In the meantime, the auto focus has stopped working, as someone else commented the z-axis motor is erratic it just moves up hits the top limit and stops, not a great problem as i have now disabled auto focus (which was very hit and miss when it was working). I have also asked numerous times for return instructions which have been ignored. I have also pointed out that the issue started within their stated 30-day return window, again this was ignored. I have recently negotiated a partial refund of $125 which I have received. I am still waiting for the mother board!
Received the part (SCD000416_PJ22) 27 October. I fitted the part to the laser module, this has made no difference to the laser. It still does not work above 50% power.
Sent yet another email to service
“I am getting really fed up with this machine. I do not want any more replacement parts, and as stated before I just want a pre-paid return label to enable me to send it back for a full refund. I have the box and inserts supplied originally”

After over 36 emails (all logged and saved) to support they have finally stopped responding, Since the 21 November I have sent two further emails asking for a pre-paid return label, these have been ignored!

Customer service emails always start with "Dear valued customer" which is really annoying as this is just a standard response, if you were valued, they would have sent the return label when it was requested. I do not feel valued in any way. I have paid over a thousand pounds for a machine which is deteriorating every time, I use it. I have now stopped using the machine and re boxed ready to send back, in my experience I would not touch this company, I would urge anybody considering buying to fully read the returns policy before they purchase anything.

A small circuit board was supplied and I did fit this part, as it was easy to access, but it didn’t make any difference to the issue. You then said you would supply a mother board, I stated in one of the many emails over the last 2 months that I did not want this board as I did not feel confident to fit it as I am not an electronics expert, and I just wanted to return the faulty goods. The board arrived anyway.
I informed you that I have not opened the packaging of the board and again stated I wanted a pre-paid return label. The machine and board are securely packed in your original packaging waiting to be returned.

J'ai acheté une atezr l2 24w qui n'a fonctionné que 3 jours. J'ai contacté le service client en envoyant photos et vidéo. Au bout de 10 jours (des gens sur les réseaux sociaux ont trouver le problÚme en 3heures) le service client me dit d'ouvrir le boîtier de la machine pour faire des tests avec un multimÚtre (chose que je ne possÚde pas). Je leur répond que je n'ai ni le matériel ni les compétences pour faire ce qu'il me demande. AprÚs plusieurs échanges de mails répétitifs je leur donne 3 possibilités :
1. Échanger toute la partie avant de la machine
2. Échanger toute la machine
3. Renvoyer la machine et me rembourser
Leur réponse sur 4 mails consécutif : "nous vous envoyons la carte mÚre si vous voulez"
Ma réponse à ces 4 mails : "je n'ai ni les compétences ni le matériel pour faire ça. Envoyer moi l'adresse pour faire un retour de la machine et me faire rembourser"
Je n'ai toujours aucune infos pour effectuer le renvoi.
Le service commercial ne répond pas au mail que je leur ai adressé il y a quelques jours pour leur demander de résoudre mon problÚme avec le service technique.
Résultat : 1150$ de dépenser dans une machine qui n'a fonctionné que 3 jours.
2 mois se sont écoulés ! En décembre j'ai enfin pu retourner la marchandise. 1 mois plus tard je ne suis toujours pas remboursé.

I would like to point out that I can document what I am writing with the emails sent to service, after just over 2 months the machine stops working correctly, it starts cutting a vertical line at every job, an email exchange starts with the assistance, in which I send several videos with the problem (therefore documented!), after weeks of back and forth they write to me telling me to use it to cut images as small as stamps and possibly simple, now I have spent €1100 for something unusable, assistance terrible and horrible products, I give you some advice, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY, because the day you need assistance you will be left ALONE!
