Terrible customer service(?)
Having twice asked customer service to comment on the fact that the coffee pods for use in a Dolce Gusto machine - it's not an isolated occurrence - are inconsistent in quality - some overpoweringly strong, some weak as dishwater - I thought it worth prodding them via Trustpilot.
It may be a wasted effort as the pods are also now failing to break through at the base, which means a wasted pod. The next one work, so it's not the machine which works fine with the originals. Looks like they are pulling out of the Dolce Gusto market and getting rid of stock as they are no longer available at Waitrose.

Not a bad choice for at home use but there must be bigger variety in grinded ground coffees especially for espresso machines.
