Perfect

Perfect! I’m 5’6, ordered size M, perfect length, not to long, not to short . loose fitting as I needed. Sleeves long. Fabric solid, not flimsy , pockets are bonus. Highly recommend. Perfect to wear at home or office on top of blouse in cold days as well as outside on cooler evenings.

this is a scam company

The cardigan I thought I had sent for for my wife turned up today after a long wait. It was completely different to the picture supplied and the quality. Instead of a cashmere knit it was a typical padded quilt cardigan typically found in China...poor quality and very gaudy.. To return and expect a refund is not viable due to the cost of shipping it back to China. What a scam....I will no longer order from abroad.

very poor quality item for a high…

very poor quality item for a high price. Do not buy from here. Item was not as pictured so requested a refund but address is in China and you are responsible for shipping and customs so essentially is not return-able. A Scam.

SCAM WARNING

Ordered two outfits, only one order acknowledged, realised it was a scam attempted to cancel both orders, Athomly said I couldn’t cancel orders but could return orders once goods received, outfits arrived, too small @ quality as poor as it gets, asked to return goods, was offered 50% discount off my next order, eventually was given returns address in China and told I was liable for customs fees. Because I had not quite spent £100 my credit card provider refused charge back application. It’s a scam !!!

Don't bother

Bought a 128TB storage for my computer. I have tested it and it contains 50GB. That's 20000 times smaller than advertised. The refund process is a nightmare.

Not True

DO NOT believe what they say about reaching out to them (in response to reviews). I have had a similar email several timesbefore writing my review. They do NOT want to do the right thing by the customer - they just want to make it seem like they will. I can't even find my original review on Trustpilot (very recent, but not sure of exact date), but I guess it is there somewhere. I have never had cause to give such a review before, and I do not do so lightly, but it is important that no more people get scammed in this way.

I had ordered a power battery bank…

I had ordered a power battery bank following a power cut in October. We are now at the end of Nov and still no sign of this item.
I have tried to contact the company several times to seek a refund but haven't had any response.
I will never order from this company again. Total scam take you money and don't deliver the goods

Dreadful experience

Dreadful experience. Faux leather jacket turned out to be a fleece of poor quality. They do everything to avoid paying a refund. Return address is China. Postage is over £20! Do not use this company!

Probably the worse experience ever..was…

Probably the worse experience ever..was trying to return item but that would be no point for how much it would cost send it back..very bad quality and item come damaged .customer service was very bad..definitely not buying from them again..Just feeling bad now why I didn't check reviews about that company before. Ordered an item of clothing

Ordered an item of clothing. Very poor quality, asked to return and told it was 20/30 euros to return plus custom fees, item cost £35 so would not actually receive any refund . Kept increasing the level of store credit I would receive if I just kept it and not apply for a refund. Very disappointed and would never order from them again.

Wrong item received

I received a thin very cheap dress when I'd actually ordered a grey cashmere jumper. I've told them by email but heard nothing back. This is obviously a company that is out to scam people.

DO NOT SHOP AT ATHOMLY.

My hoodie is not only an entirely different colour from what was shown in the picture but the quality is absolutely awful and the writing on the back is positioned differently to the image. There is loose thread and it is just overall a terrible item of clothing.

Corrupt Scammers

Would give zero stars if possible. My elderly, disabled mum ordered a 'Pure cashmere' jacket which was £50 (supposedly reduced from £100) . Being very frail she needed something light but warm. What she actually got was a thick. heavy, scratching synthetic, poor quality garment which was unwearable.
I emailed them requesting a full refund as the item was not as described, quoted Trade descriptions act and Consumer Rights Act to them but was told that she would be responsible for return postage. As other reviewers have reported, the address given for return was China, not Holland which is where the company information stated they were based. Emails from the customer service staff also came from a different company address- Mora Fashions so i wouldn't be surprised if Mora Fashions was also as corrupt as Athomly.
They offered Mum a 50% refund to save her 'the inconvenience' of returning the item, despite the sale being illegal- of course i politely declined!
They have now stopped replying to emails and we have raised the issue with bank who will hopefully stop any future payments from any of their customers to this organisation
This company is clearly scamming people. Do not waste your money- avoid like the plague

EDIT- what a surprise! the bog standard, cut and paste response that every other reviewer has had!! I hope that Trustpilot don't consider this to be a genuine reply from the company.

Returns costs almost as much as the item as you need to send them to China

Shoes are coming from China, when you want to return you need to pay for postage back to China, they offered 60% discount for the next purchase but doesn't help if you don't like their items.
They mislead on website by quoting easy returns. Easy if you pay around £30 for postage...

Faux leather

I purchased 2 pairs of shoes like others have said they do not match the description, poor quality material that were described as leather. They have offered me a discount on purchase as it’s £20 £30 to return to china not including taxes that may accrue. So I’ve no chance of being refunded my full amount of £84 .
I hope this helps others, it’s really putting me off online shopping. Which can be a good thing.
