Really nice people in the office. I did go and pick it up in person and it would be very nice if there was a place other than the hallway to look at bags.

The price was more than fair.

ALB was spot on with my shopping experience! They responded quickly and honestly as well as so patient with my questions. The Chanel wallet on Chain is perfection!
Thank you

I have made a few purchases from ALB and I have never been disappointed! The quality and condition of your bags is the closest thing to brand new that I have seen! Customer service is also amazing, thank you to your owner for starting this business and for hiring the best staff!

I finally received my bag and it was so nice. Love this purchase. Just what they said it would be . Excellent. I love purchasing toiletry bags esp at the price.

Bought an Hermes bag sight unseen for a gift and after my experience would purchase again from them without hesitation. Service was wonderful and the product came exactly as described 😊

Super quick and easy experience!

Item was received in a timely manner. Packaging was very nicely wrapped and the purse I received was even better than expected. Would purchase from them again.

Very very cordial and knowledgeable team and the luxury items are really at the condition they are assessed for if not better. You will not be disappointed.

I sold a bag through Atlanta luxury bags and had a great experience. The process was very simple and took little to no effort in my part. After submitting photos I went in for the appointment at the Brooklyn office and my bag was inspected and given an offer within a few minutes after it was authenticated. The entire process took about an hour. My only critique is the limited amount of appointment slots however that is understandable since the NY office is new. I would definitely sell any future bags here and highly recommend.

I had such a smooth and wonderful experience selling my bag to Austin. The whole process was easy and straightforward. They review your bag, give you an offer, and then authenticate the bag before completing the transaction.

Austin was so honest, warm, and professional throughout the entire process. After the authentication was completed, I received my cash right away. I really appreciated how transparent and trustworthy the experience was.

I highly recommend this seller to anyone looking to sell their bags. Thank you so much, Austin, for making the whole process so easy and pleasant! ❤️

I traded one of my bags in for a bag they had and I’ve been wanting for a very long time. Easy process and I couldn’t be happier

I had a great experience selling my bags here. The gentleman was very professional, honest, and offered me a great price. The entire process was smooth and straightforward. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to sell their luxury bags.

The bag was advertised as being in excellent condition, but that was not my experience. Upon arrival, the zipper showed significant wear and discoloration that was not disclosed in the listing. There were also multiple stains and signs of wear throughout the bag that were either omitted or not accurately represented in the photos.

I understand that this is a pre-owned item, but describing it as “excellent condition” is misleading. Accurate descriptions are essential when customers are purchasing luxury items online. I was very disappointed because the condition of the bag did not match the listing.

BEWARE ILLEGAL BUSINESS PRACTICES.
I placed an order for a bracelet. Over 24 hours later I get an automated email saying my order was canceled. I reached out to ask why, and was told that the price was incorrect and I would have to pay another $3000 to receive the bracelet I had purchased. So unethical. I then noticed the bracelet had been relisted (after showing as sold once I purchased it) at the exact same price that I paid. Requiring only one person to pay an extra 3k just to get the bracelet they already bought is surely not legal.

Any ethical business would honor the price they had set, since the sale had occurred per their posted terms of sale, forming a binding contract.

I would advise anyone to stay away from this business at all costs.

Amazing site with an amazing selection of authentic bags. Will definitely shop here again! I love my Louis Vuitton collector's piece.
